My company has signed up a group policy with New India Assurance wherein my parents are covered for 80:20 CO-PAY. Earlier, in the month of November 2018, my father was diagnosed with blockage and hence had to be through Angiography and Angioplasty thereafter. As a cashless claim, I initially applied with New India Assurance and hence was asked to sign up for GIPSA PPN form at Bombay Hospital, Marine Lines, Mumbai .

With the active help of HealthIndia TPA, I was able to claim 80% of the claim balance and for 20% I was to apply with my personal insurer (Star Health India).

Star Health India has deducted a substantial amount from the balance payable citing no breakup of GIPSA PPN Package – Angioplasty[Rs. 160600]/Angiography[Rs. 29800]

    Dear sir,

    We have registered a claim under our sfsp policy no.[protected] on date 12/01/2017 to your claim hub ahmadabad. They have appointed mr. A m patel as surveyor for our claim. They have visited at our place on the same day and inspected the affected place in half hour. They have instructed us to segregate the affected material and after 4 to 5 days they will visit our place. But after so many reminder on phone via our agent mr. Kunal gadhavi they have never turned back at our premise to assess the loss. We have given them many reminders but without inspecting properly they have just submitted the final survey report to insurer at ahmadabad office. They have not shown us any calculation or not shared any report to us.

    We have come to know from our agent that they have submitted the no claim report to insurer. Our agent has asked your claim hub office to conduct joint meeting with surveyor but they have never arranged the meeting. So our director has visited your office and ask them to revise the report. But after so many follow ups with them they have made no correction in the survey report. Now please help us in this matter or else we have to file case against you in the consumer forum.

    Kindly update us in this matter.

      I met with an accident on 25th november and since that day my car is standing in ratlam hyundai service center.
      Service manager, surveyor and ratlam new india assurance branch manager all have team up and saying i had to pay 2-2.5 lakh in advance for car repairing and after that i will get reimbursement.
      My salary is 20000/- and only earning member of family how can i arrange such a huge amount.
      They are disagreeing on both options of cashless approval and putting car in total loss.
      Please help 1 month is over with no progress.

      Today i made a payment to new india assurance thro billdesk. the amount wasa debited from my account but billdesk refused to accept. and on 28/12/2018 and 27/12/2018 i again tried reahcrging my JIO number for rs.399 each time.same way the amounts were debited but the geteway refused to accept.

        Regarding policy#[protected], i have received only the partial amount thru bike accident claim insurance.

        Basically, we had issues in clarity of bill which was submitted to insurance company. But afterwards i surrendered clear document along with the gst#. However i could not get right amount to my account

          I had purchased a maruti suzuki baleno model car on 16th sept 2017 with a insurance policy from m/s new india insurance with policy no.[protected]. My car was totally affected by flood in kerala in the month of aug 2018 and the insurance company concluded the claim as constructive total loss as the estimated repair cost is more than the 75% of the idv on the net of salvage basis and i had submitted all the documents which ever asked by the insurance company. On the basis of this i requested for a total loss certificate from the m/s new india insurance and they were not responding. So i contacted mr. Satheesan s (Ph. No[protected], kottayam divisional manager for complaining about the issue and he replied as this certificate cannot be issued to the policy holder and this certificate is just for getting a additional discount while purchasing a new car, so they had given the scanned copy to the dealership. I get to know that all the other insurance companies are issuing total loss certificate to the policy holder on the same week itself after finalizing the claim as total loss by the surveyor. More over that the certificate is issued in the name of ms. Beena elizhabeth kuriakose and why this letter copy is handed over to dealership person without my concerned approval. As a responsible divisional manager he should at-least had a word with me before sharing this letter to anybody.
          Kindly request to issue a total loss certificate for the claim and also please clarify why there is a delay in my case.

            My vehicle received after repairs received on 26th oct 2018, all supporting documents are submitted to new india assurance office at chengannur in time, last one and a half months several visit made their office, they are waiting for survey report surveyor name is mr. Ashok kumar.
            Pls look into the matter& do the needful

              Personal details found defective for motor policy no-[protected], customer id - po65235627. The name of policy holder to be corrected as prabina kumar padhy in place of sanjukta kumar padhy. My motor vehicle insurance application wrongly interpreted and name of nominee printed as policy holder i. E i prabina kumar padhy is actually applied in my name a insurance but they put nominee as policy holder wrongly with defective name i. E actually name of nominee is sanjukta patra but name appears as sanjukta kumar patra.
              New India Assurance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Before 2month i get accident. My vehicle no KA19ET5914. Vehicle honda dio. Black and white. First i serviced and paid my amount to showroom. After i applied for refund in new india assurance in kodialbail near pvs petrol bunk mangalore. But i didnt get refund. If i call the office they didnt gave response. Poor response. When im get refund
              Sir it's my humble request to you please change all krishnanagar, nadia branch stuffs. They are gossiping continuously but as a customer I'm still waiting for their gossip.
              So please do something. We all have work that's mean our time is precious.

                I have submitted my two claims in respect of My vehicle No. HR-06M-9111 in the month of July under policy No.[protected] & August/Sept. 2018 vide Policy No.[protected] where as 3-4 moths have been passed. My claim in the month of July was an accidental claim whereas other claim is total loss claim of the same vehicle.I could not understand as to why till date my claim have not bee settled. No response till date received about my settlement of claims. Is it good service .

                  I paid 8400 rs for my renault kwid car insurance on 10/11/2018 at kalamasserry near kochi. I paid the amount by online banking and gave all the information about my car to one staff her name is nisha (+[protected]. Bt she has not send my insurance papers till today (3/12/2018). I called her so many occations and every time she is giving some silly reasons.. Her attitude is irresponsabile manner. It is approximately 1 month. Now i think iam really trapped. Plz.. Plz.. Help me as soon as possible..

                    I have honda livo bike and during parking my bike got slipped and damaged near tank panel plz arrange to give my compensation as much as possible.

                      My sister i. E. Chaitraly tushar deshmukh holding an insurance policy no.[protected] for my four wheeler car i. E. Wagonr vxi. On 03/09/2017 a unknown two wheeler dash our car and our bumper and glass was damage so i had given my car for repairing along with insurance policy paper to pujari auto re finisher accordingly he contacted to an agent and completed all formality. But till today i haven't received any kind of accident claim to my account. Therefore direction be given to insurance company to refund the insurance claim made by me within the period of 7 days from this complain.

                        I me with minor accident on the day of diwali. My vehicle ride the divider with metal fence. The vehicle sustained damage in the front bumper, gril, side piece, bonnet. The insurance company surveyor is denying the claim for bonnet even if the scratches are continued from bumper till the bottom of the right side mirror. The surveyor is denying the claim for bonnet for no reason.

                          I claimed my santro car registration no : up 11 an 1179 against policy ‎no:[protected] on 01/11/2018 in aradhana aoutomobilse pvt ltd. ‎sadak doodhli dehra dun rd saharanpur.‎
                          My car delivered to me on 06/11/2018 at 8:00 pm ‎
                          I claimed the front bumper also with other damages, but they set an old and ‎repaired bumper in my car.‎
                          I complaint to service manager, he put off and empale me, and now they say we ‎can’t any mistake, you make an accident again and we had not responsible. ‎
                          My car in my single hand, i use it for myself, there is no any doubt that they are deceived me.‎
                          Am i to hope you?‎

                            I met with an accident and submitted details of all the information requested. Claim report was sent but when i call and visit they say we did not. I have the mails that they said finally that the report was found in hyd office and would be settled. It’s been 2 months and no one is answering. My policy number is[protected]. Least bothered towards their customers. Upon writing emails to them their managers feel offended. This is not fair from their part. I will reach every social media and everything i could possibly do to get my money. I have paid 17k for the bike repair since nia asked me to pay it and later they will credit it in 2 weeks time. It was not done till now.

                            I am claim rs 23000. But the claim is approved by 14900
                            I have registered in Chennai regional for my bike accident 10 days before, but no one attending the showroom. Many times I have called the new India assurance company team but they not responding to us.

                              This is to draw your attention that my mobile is insured with you through short formats mobile shield to whom claim was intimated on 31st july, 2018. Upon intimating i was to submit documents which were submitted along with the repair estimate which was approved rs. Rs. 5316 with deduction of rs.1000 (I. E. 5% of the estimate amount of rs. 6316.19 or rs. 1000 which is more).
                              The mobile then got repaired and all the required papers finally submitted in the last week of august, 2018 and i was intimated that the claim is finally approved on submission of all required papers including mandate form for electronic clearance system giving details of my bank.
                              I was told that all the papers are sent to one of your office on 31st august, 2018. I repeated approached short formats for the reimbursement of the claim amount, no proper answer received till then only promises that the claim amount would be credited to my bank account following week.in inquiring about office address of new india assurance co, i was told to find out from net. Since i am staying in bangalore and claim settlement is done in mumbai, it is difficult for me to trace the address of your office.
                              I am really pained fir the delay in reimbursement of my claim. I am retired assistant manager from united india insurance co. Ltd. From mumbai ro i and being insurance man it pinches me that everything was properly submitted and claim was also settled, as i am. Told, then why payment is delayed?
                              Waiting for the favourable reply with the credit to my account the reimbursement amount.

                              I can not upload any document or photo because of its size is restricted to 2 mb only. I can mail the documents if i get email address &/or postal address.

                                I would like to apprise you that my honda city car registration number dl3cba1459 has been stolen and the same has been reported to the insurance company now every formalities has been completed with claim hub lawrence road delhi but the manager mrs. Sarla mittal of claim hub who is looking my file is not giving me the the full amount as per the declared value idv 0f inr 294000 but the manager is saying that she can only give inr 250000 because the insurance his at higher side.
                                Sir this is a second hand car which i bought at inr 250000 in 2016 and then i have spent around inr 75000 for some modifications like alloy wheel complete change of all tyres and a new music system and anti central locking system in total the bill was of inr 75000 and the original bill was in car only so i am unable to produce the same but my question is when in 2017 i did the insurance from icici lombard with idv 327000 and in 2018 with new india assurance of idv 294000 and extra premium paid for the same then why they want to give me a reduced amount. Please get it resolved otherwise i have to go to insurance ombudsman or consumer court for my redress.

                                  I am a policy holder of the said insurer bearing policy number:[protected].my vehicle had affected with flood during the last August 15 and i had informed the insurer and submitted all said documents on 31august 2018. Surveyor had visited the vehicle and the concluded that the vehicle under damaged compleately due the disaster. But there is no progress in the case of claim. I had visted the office in several times and the officials said that they didn't get any report from the surveyor. The surveyor said that the vehicle does not sold the expected value so far and They only can release after the sale of vehicle.i am facing many grievances due to the negligent and irresponsible act of your side. So I have no other option to approach the court that you are continue the delay in this manner.

                                    I brought eco sport on 1 mar 18 from samadhiya ford gwalior with insurance policy no-[protected].
                                    No. Of my car is mp07 cf 4158
                                    On 4 aug 18 i got a accident in gwalior then i sumitted car in servicing center.
                                    They lold us this car can not be repaired this is total loss case...
                                    After 115 days there is no progress, even they don't pick our call.
