renewal of bike insurance

I have raised insurance renewal for my bike (Honda activa) for the year 2018-19 through your website new india assurance on 2nd april 2018. After every process, the renewal was accepted and insurance was done and the amount was debited from my account. But, the pdf of the insurance could not be generated.

Should i apply for insurance again. Will i get my money back.

lazy workers

I am having both my car insurance and bike insurance in this new india assurance. Today for renewal my bike insurance i reached your office near sarakki signal, bengaluru around 12.30. Now the time is 2.10pm. They are telling us this is lunch time. Simply they are playing in mobile phones but not ready to take my payments, they are wasting even my time also.

cashless claim not settled for 3 months!

high premium in medical for senior citizen

Last year for 3 lakh i have paid premium of rs.18975 and now at the time of renewal i come to know that company has hike premium rate and new premium amount is appx.39000 with option of room tariff. senior citizen mediclaim policy clarification

Dear sirs

Under senior citizen policy as per clause 9.0 bears co payment for all the claims.
A) sum insured, or
B) 90% of the admissible claim amount
Whichever is less.

Kindly enlighten us that these co-payment is also applicable or not applicable under clause no 2.1.1 where fixed charges is to be paid by the company as per clause.

delay in settling the hospitalization claim of mrs. a. sridevi-93248

With utmost belief in your company that the treatment expenditure will be reimbursed. I got the treatment of my wife in care hopsital at high tech city, hyderabad. phone insurance not settled

Myself claim no [protected], got my phone damaged on 24 april 2017. I have submitted all documents. I was assured to be paid compensation value of my phone on 18 july 2017. But i didn't receive anything. On 17 dec 2017, i submitted my grievance and my grievance no is[protected].
On first jan 2018, i got a call to submit invoice and other documents, which i had already sent. Even though, i sent all documents.

correction of vehicle no in insurance

I tried to renew my insurance no[protected] customer id po48525716 via quick renew option in that i wrongly entered the vehicle no as tn19az1852
But the actual vehicle no is tn19az1851. After noticing this i stopped the payment and try again but the form get locked with the wrong vehicle no and not allowing me to correct it.
Tomorrow 15/03/18 is the last date for renewal.
