Sir i m denee bundela, i apply online two wheeler insurance online fresh insurance. Of my motorcycle mp20mf3913. I receive proposal number[protected] and i make payment by my debit card o[censored]nion bank of india highcourt branch jabalpur m. P., of rs. 910 at 12:04 p. M. Today.
Sir, payment is dedected but my policy is not shown online or not receive in my mail id.
Pl. Assist me for collecting my two wheeler insurance policy of your company.
And pl. Return my money of 910rs.in my saving account no. [protected] union bank of india high court branch jabalpur m. P.

    Respected the new india management,

    I, madhu khanna am awaitng my claim on the new india for my insurance.

    My pol detail are :­
    Policy number: 140504/34/16/04/00000013,
    Irda token number : 09­17­016850,
    Entity reference number : nia00023383.
    Other reference number : card no. Mum­ni­p0742­001­0000335­a
    Certificate number. (Incase of group insurance) :[protected]
    Date of intimation : 02­jun­2017 claim number : mum­0617­cl­ 0002673 claim amount : 74153

    My claim is pending payable with new india from the month of june 2017 even after giving all documents to vidal tpa.

    Initially my cashless got rejected as they said all cashless with new india are stopped.

    Till date vidal tpa says the new india is not clearing claim??? I, have to requested again and again to vidal tpa for no reasons the claim is delayed.

    I, have also complained to irda grievance, my grievance copy also enclosed. (Chk attachmemnts) till date neft not received of my claim.

    I, madhu anil khanna is surprised as i have recd no email or post for why my claim, which is delayed or not yet called for. It is pending since 2nd june 2017 almost a year, for the above claim.in pursuance of my oral follow-up with the vidal tpa & the new india assurance co. Ltd. I am writing this mail as a grievance.

    The reason for delayed payment was told to me that the claim ratio is very high & hence there will be a delay in settling the same claim,
    Do i understand that the company is to pay only if the claim ratio is lower than that they have anticipated while underwriting the proposal of insurance, if the claim ratio is high they can charge a premium higher that what they have charged to us today.

    I am very sure that they cannot cancel or avoid the claim in this situation.
    . I understand that my policy runs in continuity for the required term which make the claim of piles payable in the time which i have been in the policy.

    I am more shocked to know that after registering a claim with the irda website (Copies attached) as well we have not recd any reply of complaint made nor any requirement since almost a year. The simple claim of piles which is a non pre existing ailments without any claim has all features inclusive for the settlement of claim. Which should be looked into & settled asap

    I request you to help me for getting my claim amount from insurance company, i am saddened as the time period taken is so long & i cannot personally persue the same i have asked mr. Raminder singh chadha to pursue the claim on my behalf as i have my house responsibilities & my husband & would not be able to run after the claim.

    I have recd a mail for delayed filling of the claim which i have clearly shown to mr. Rahul that the claim was well informed before hand as we had tried to get a cashless approval which could not be processed & we had intimated the insurance co along with the agency whom we purchased the policy. They had assured us best service but now say that the new india & vidal refuse to pay what can we do

    Please interfere and help us to clear our claim.

    I am the older of GH policy No.[protected] and was charged RS, 24471/- from my Citibank account. However, the receipt given was only for RS.19708/-
    No response comes from The New India Assurance Company Ltd., for this variation. This was happening from 2016 onwards. My mails to nia.gh [protected]@newindia.co.in remain unanswered.

        I have raised insurance renewal for my bike (Honda activa) for the year 2018-19 through your website new india assurance on 2nd april 2018. After every process, the renewal was accepted and insurance was done and the amount was debited from my account. But, the pdf of the insurance could not be generated.

        Should i apply for insurance again. Will i get my money back.

          I am having both my car insurance and bike insurance in this new india assurance. Today for renewal my bike insurance i reached your office near sarakki signal, bengaluru around 12.30. Now the time is 2.10pm. They are telling us this is lunch time. Simply they are playing in mobile phones but not ready to take my payments, they are wasting even my time also.

            I have a mediassist card which is provided by my company, and the insurance is with new india assurance company. There is a cashless claim approved in december 2017, and due to some circumstances, i have paid the money to get discharged from the hospital. (The amount was approved). Now its been three months the new india assurance company is not willing to transfer the money to the hospital bank account. Everything is approved then why new india assurance is doing like this as am unsure. Multiple time i have contacted mediassist team but they are saying that its pending with the insurance company

              My name is babita devi and i got a daughter on 17aug 2017 and policy no are 230700/34/16/04/00000004 and phs id no 24049323 and claim no. Are tp[protected].
              I have done mails from last 2 months but my claim is still not passed. And i am also not satisfied with your representative reply. Look sir i am a normal middle class person and this amount matters a lot. For me so please pass this as soon as possible. If you need more information i will provide you but please pass my medical claim.

                I mrs. Kumud m. Dani having mediclaim policy with you. Last year for 3 lakh i have paid premium of rs.18975 and now at the time of renewal i come to know that company has hike premium rate and new premium amount is appx.39000 with option of room tariff. Which is vey very high. Its not fair. I request you to reduce premium for senior citizen and give credit to all of excess amount. Please look for the same.

                  My complaint is against the micro office which is located in adambakkam chennai 600088.
                  I am totally disappointed with the service given by mr. Nagaraj. He is not giving proper response to the customers. For the past continues two years i had been insuring my commercial vehicle with new india. But unfortunately this year i have been forced to do insurance with an other insurance company completely because of your personnel mr. Nagaraj. Whenever i visit the office, the office would be in the closed condition.. For asking related to that, he will shout at me that, it is belongs to him and he wish whenever he feels to open. Please clarify me regarding this..

                    My father was diagnosed with si of glaucoma. So we took him for check & care at naryana netharayla bangalore for treatment. Now we have submit
                    As per documents submitted, mr. S d nijagunappa 75/m presented with c/o hypertmetropia b/l with presbyopia with astigmatism underwent investigations and took treatment on opd basis. Treatment taken on opd basis is not payable. As per policy terms and conditions, clause 1.0 : now this policy witnesses that subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions and definitions contained herein or endorsed or otherwise expressed hereon, the company undertakes that if during the period stated in the schedule or during the continuance of this policy by renewal, any insured person shall contract any disease or suffer from any illness (Hereinafter called disease) or sustain any bodily injury through accident (Hereinafter called injury) and if such disease or injury shall require any such insured person, upon the advice of a duly qualified physician/ medical specialist/ medical surgeon (Hereinafter called surgeon) to incur hospitalisation expenses (Herein defined) for medical/ surgical treatment at nursing home/hospital in india as herein defined (Hereinafter called hospital/nursing home/ day care centre) as an in-patient the company will pay through t. P. A. To the hospital / nursing home / day care centre or reimburse the insured person amount of such expenses as would fall under different heads mentioned below in respect thereof by or on behalf of such insured person but not exceeding in any one period of insurance the amount stated hereunder. Clause 4.4.11 diagnostic, x-ray or laboratory examination not consistent with or incidental to the diagnosis of positive existence and treatment of any ailment, sickness or injury, for which confinement is required at a hospital/nursing home. Hence this claim stands denied under the policy.

                        Please note that i mr. Dnyaneshwar g. Mandale residing at thakurli (E) have put a claim for being operated and treated for haemorrhoidectomy and fissurectomy at “aadhar hospital, thane (W)” on 15th december 2017. I have submitted all required documents in original for making necessary claim on 26the december 2017. Till date i am following up with “raksha tpa pvt. Ltd. - marol” for settlement of my claim amount of rs. 41, 841.97/-

                        Till date neither your tpa ‘raksha tpa’ nor you ‘the new india assurance co pvt ltd’ replied me in this regard.

                        Further i would like to know whether you new india ass co are doing this to client like me purposely, it’s my hard earned money which i paid to you as premium.

                        I would request you to atleast reply on top priority as i never expected this kind of extreme bad service from you (The new india assurance co) or your so called appointed tpa (Raksha tpa).

                          Under senior citizen policy as per clause 9.0 bears co payment for all the claims.
                          A) sum insured, or
                          B) 90% of the admissible claim amount
                          Whichever is less.

                          Kindly enlighten us that these co-payment is also applicable or not applicable under clause no 2.1.1 where fixed charges is to be paid by the company as per clause.

                          Your reply in these regards will be highly appreciated.

                            With utmost belief in your company that the treatment expenditure will be reimbursed. I got the treatment of my wife in care hopsital at high tech city, hyderabad. Later on i have submitted all bills etc., what ever needed to settle the claim in the month of november. After words various queries were raised and for which i have submitted required documents.

                            But till now nothing was informed and nothing was settled. I do not know the reason and i do not know what happend to my claim.

                              My car policy was due to renew and the ncb held by this company is 0 wherein i was entitled to have it as 35% but the broker never disclosed this to us and now i need to renew the policy at 20% ncb wherein it should have been 45% and have to shell out more premium due to fraudulent activities held by the companies brokers which is very much unethical please help in reporting this issue or need details please contact sandeep singh [protected]

                                    Recently my car has accidents, and i come to pasco body shop on 19.03.2018 for repairing
                                    But pasco adviser said this policy is not cashless and make the
                                    Full payment for repairing, and pasco is not tie up with new india assurance

                                      Policy no[protected] jaishree gera last two months submitted reimbursement documents total bill for the treatment 5.22 out of which united india paid 3.90 to my limit balance claimed from new india 1.31 against policy of 3 lakh. Sent 25 mails to tpa also to new india insurance. Harassing the sick senior citizen. Please take pity i am not begging asking for my right. Why taking so long. I am proud to tell united india insurance has paid me in just 2days. I hope you must learn from ùnited india jaishree
