    Dear sir,
    I have submitted my claim of rs.6721/- against my mediclaim expenses for admission from 19.08.2020 to 24.08.2020 in l. P. S. Institute of cardiology, kanpur.
    01. My claim was settled only for rs.3721/-
    02. My claim of rs. 3000/- for ambulance charges was declined by raksha tpa quoting reason "rs.3000/- proper pre-numbered receipt not attached of ambulance charges."
    As the owner of ambulance have not any these type of receipt at the time of my payment made him at lucknow (My destination point/residence). I have used the ambulance for considering my health condition at that time.
    I have to submit that my claim is genuine.
    You are kindly requested to please pay me the difference of rs. 3000/-earliest & oblige.

      Hi team,

      This is with regards to the new india assurance car insurance policy booking made on 6th sept 2020 via policy bazaar with reference to booking id:[protected]. I paid rs.13294 via hsbc credit card and was informed to complete video inspection immediately. But the inspection was rejected on 07th sept 2020 at insurer's end stating some reasons and i informed policy bazaar team to proceed with cancellation of the booking and initiate the refund. But its been a week, the refund has not been initiated either by policy bazaar team or new india insurance team. No one is ready to give any acknowledgment towards the initiation of the refund and they keep delaying the processing of the refund amount.

      Whenever i call the policy bazaar customer care, they just say that i will be getting the refund within 7 business days and till today which is 15th sept, the refund has not been initiated.
      For your reference, i have attached the refund status image from policy bazaar customer login portal.

      Please help me get the refund amount asap.

        As i purchased new india assurance bumper to bumper insurance for my car
        Now i need to take a claim but no one dealer will doing it very worst service of new india assurancedidn't pick up my single call very disappointing if dont give service to customers so please close the company and don't steal money of common man.

          I am r. D. Lingawar is an employee of maharashtra govt and i have taken out insurance from md india health insurance under new india assurance company i was admitted into seth nandlal dhoot hospital in aurangabad for covid 19 treatment in the month of june. The details are mentioned below.

          My total hospital bill is 2, 00, 422 / - and i have given all the related documents to the insurance company and accordingly the insurance company has sanctioned me only 1, 05, 016 / - and deducted my 95, 406 / - which is rs. This is wrong and i don't agree with it at all and this is a big injustice to me because if this is going to happen by taking out insurance then what is the use of taking out health insurance and also at the age of 65 this is a huge amount for me because it is my retirement provision and it is very important for me.

                I have paid covid-19 test charges rs 3000/- report, bills, receipt send. The expenses are pre hospitlise exp. Also i have paid rs 3500/- for ambulance expenses, which is post hospitlise expenses. But both the charges i have not received, many times i have given reminder, but there is no reply from them. At least tell me why it is dedicated. I have already made comments but no reply. Complaint no 130977 dt 16/07/2020. Kindly pay the deducted amount.

                    I have zero depth insurance for my car (Hr81a8243), i got an accident on 8th may 20 due to some unavoidable instance in which my car got drifted on road and hit the divider from front and after rotating from rear, picture attached for your quick reference, which cause following damages-
                    1.co driver side bumper 2.co driver side fog lamp assembly. 3.co driver side suspension system. 4.co driver side wheel assembly co driver side rear & front alloy wheel 5.co driver side tail light assembly. 6. Driver side tail light

                    Following is not passed by surveyor
                    1.) rear bumper repairing or replacement. 2.) from tail light assembly on part passed, both was broken. 3.) tail light driver side not passed. 4.) crane charges 1500 passed against of inr 4000. 5.) co driver side both alloy not repaired or replace.

                    I have not taken back photo of car, only side pic have taken at the time of accident. If i know they will react like that i defiantly take pic of back side also. They will not pass any claim if i don't have any photo. I am very surprise while discussed with surveyor, he is saying with photo i will not pass any claim.

                      This email is regarding the claim which i have registered in the month of december 2019 for vehicle number od05l0842 in the name of mr. Himansu mohan parida. This is for your kind information that no surveyor came neither any enquiry happened. I followed up several times in cuttack office and kolkata office but zero response.
                      I got a call from mr. Shyama g kanhar bearing mobile [protected] and first of all he told to send application along with all details to the address which he will provide, but today when i called him for address he is changing his words and not providing me address nor helping me.
                      Therefore request you help me in getting my claim and take strict action against the person as he is very rude and asked that what ever i want to do i can...

                          Dear sir!

                          I am working with branch do-9 rohini sector-8, delhi with agent code (Niaag[protected] since october 2019.

                          I am regularly providing average monthly business of rs.20 lac but unfortunately every month i had to suffer a lot for release of commission. I used to communicate again and again but the company officials never respond properly. It had become very irritating.

                          The things became worst when they did not release my commission for the month of january 2020. With a hope, i continued the business but due to non realisation of commission i stopped giving business in march 2020. Resultant, they did not release for the month of feb 2020 also.

                          Here, i am compelled to pen down to bring to your notice this nonsense act of the branch that even after communication and requesting regularly they all make fool to us.

                          I am a female senior citizen and this is too much disgusting to make mentally and financially torture by holding commission amounting rs. 1, 14, 223 (Jan 20) and rs. 31, 105 (Feb 20)

                          Kindly look into the matter and i expect a favourable response from your side at the earliest

                              I yogesh kumar mittal member of icai, my membership no. Is 096729, i have started my medical policy in march 2014 from iffco tokio, thereafter i have ported this policy in march 2016 into cigna ttk health insurnace and therafter in march 2018 i have ported into your company "the new india assurance co. Ltd." on 30th march 2018. And i have taken this policy by me on individual basis, i have put all the data by myself and premium also paid by me directly. You have given some discount to icai members only but its not a group policy. Now when i have send my policy to another company for porting in march 2020, you have decline that this policy is a group policy and it can't be port. Whereas i had not taken any group policy, and not even written anywhere in the policy. And now if my policy is not ported then my policy will start as new policy and the benefit of my last 6 years policy as locking period for some diseases will not get.

                                Not sure who is the operator available for your contact# [protected], she seems to be least interested in helping customers and every next time i call she puts the call on hold for some stupid reason which i am not aware of.
                                Please place some responsible person for helping customers and not some who is just incompetent enough to handle customer's queries.
                                Completely not acceptable.

                                  Madam/dear sir,
                                  I have applied for car insurance from the new india assurance co. Ltd. Through the policy bazaar of my car no. Wb20 ag 5615 on 18.02.2020.
                                  My previous policy was expired on 18.01.2020. So, inspection was required to issue the policy. After paying the amount they have instantly issued the policy certificate to me and i have noticed that my previous policy certificate expiry date was written there 18.02.2020. I realized that i will face problem in future for this reason for insurance claim. Instantly i contacted with new india assurance co. Ltd. And informed them about the errors and requested to inspect the car and rectify the policy but they were saying that since i have done the policy through policy bazaar, i have to contact with them regarding this whereas new india assurance co. Ltd. Directly sent my policy details to my mobile no. [protected]. They don't have any concern about the inspection and correction of the policy.
                                  Then i contacted with policy bazaar and raised the issue twice from policy bazaar my account site but no one from policy bazaar contacted with me and responded through mail that no policy correction is possible after issuance the policy. Then i was really scared and felt that at the beginning of policy i am not getting any help not from policy bazaar nor from new india assurance, what will happen if i claim insurance in future if any unfortunate event occurs?
                                  Then i decided to cancel the policy and raised cancellation through policy bazaar site on 20.02.2020. But now they are saying i have to show them the alternate policy and not refunding the money. I told them if they don't refund the money how will i be able to make another policy. But they are saying they will not refund my money.
                                  So, i kindly request please look into the matter and help me so that i can refund my hard earned money and make my car insurance from an honest insurance company directly.
