We had submitted our claim with all required documents on 17.01.2019, 7.02.2019 & 25.02.2019. Still 1 claim form is not submitted, because we had not received my previous amount. Your company was asking the documents which were already submitted to you, still not ready to settle my claims. Last so many years i am paying your yearly amount in time, but no use. I had personally visited your office 2 times, but no result. So i request you please do it earliest.

    Dear sir/madam,
    Myself is gm service dd motors wazirpur and want to submit complaint against mr sandeep pruthi sla at new india assurance co. He uses abusive language to my staff and me. Whereas matter belongs to the branch. Once vehicle is declared as total loss, it is the concern of surveyor and customer. Dealer repairer has no concern about salvage. As repairer dealer, we have to reconcile our parking and misc charges and for that decision is of dealer. Surveyor and insurer has no concern with this. He use abusive language to us for selling the salvage by their branch for which we are not responsible. He also abuses us for visiting of other surveyor representative to us. For which the new india assurance co sla management is responsible and not us. We have taken this misbehave with our top management and maruti insurance department also. He blames the integrity of mine who has a clean carrier of 40 years with iaf, tatamotors and msil without any evidence. Kindly initiate appropriate action against sla
