We are writing this letter to bring it to your knowledge that we have been noticing the weird behavior of mr. Dipak sarkar & mr. Amitava sarkar from last 6 months. First of all he is not punctual and he procrastinates a lot. He mostly leaves his work pending and he (Like ring a master) advises not to work for their colleagues he depends on others for his work too much. This is very unprofessional because every agents and at our valuable customers gets disturb so we have faced difficult situation. We request you behalf of our department to take a serious action against our complaint. We are expecting a positive response.

MR. DIPAK SARKAR. We referring to the constant discrediting, use of abusive language with Customer and clients and intimidation that we have been experiencing from MR SARKAR especially from last 6 months. We have tried to bring this issue to your attention to no avail. It is, therefore, my wish that you try to find out what the problem is and act on it in the best way possible.     I have a comprehensive motor vehicle insurance with the new india assurance company. My car met with an accident and i sent it for repair. And repair bill was sent to the company. It has been almost a month that i have not got my claim yet. Upon enquiring with the surveyor we were told that he had filled wrong information in the report and that he sent the report yesterday. I am amazed at the type of surveyors they have appointed.

      My name is dhaval kumar pandya and i am working in cognizant technology solutions, pune. I have raised medical reimbursement claim for my father's bypass surgery in new india assurance private ltd on 26th may 2019 and it was approved on 15th june 2019 and the claim status got changed to 'ready for payment' and it has been more than a month and they are not releasing the payment.
      Every time i call to their customer care number and i get the same answer as please wait for 7 days. And now after 1 month also they are saying the same.
      I request you to kindly take an action against them.

          I regreet to inform, today when i visited the new india assurance co ltd. Gandhidham (H. O) and approached mr. Narendra chaudhary in account department in respect of payments we recieved on dated 20.05.2019 of rs.37700/- and dated 13.06.2019 of rs.25150/- to provide vehicle numbers of the above payments made as amounts were mismatched from surveyors liability. I told him to mail the payment advice with the details as we recieve payment details from other companies, but the officer got angry and said "to baaki sab company ke payment advice aate hain to unke saath hi bussiness karo aur ab to nai hi dunga tujhe ja jo karna ho kar lena, chal nikal".

          Its very dissapointing for me to have such a bad experience i ever had, may be we work in private company but they are goverment officers so they have all the rights to do or say whatever.

            Hi,

            I have corporate medical policy under my wife is also covered.

            So for wife's maternity expenses reimbursement, i submitted the all required documents including medical prescription and everything.
            Below is the breakup.

            1. Hospitalization bill for baby delivery: 45, 730/-
            2. Medical bill during hospitalization: 4, 025/-
            3. Pre and post medical bills: 25360.68
            Total: 75, 115.68/-

            As per our corporate policy 75, 000/- is limit for all maternity expenses.
            But today i received mail of approval of rs. 19, 411/- and i completely disagree with this approval.

            After checking approval document i saw 69, 614/- rupees is payable amount after calculation, but below that they deduct 50, 203/- rupees from it stating "(Less) policy excess / deductible".

            So i contact my tpo regarding this, so he told me something about ppn rate and because of this deduction happen,

            Now the thing is i didn't do inquiry about cashless where all this information pass to patient/relative instead i choose to go for reimbursement due to some emergency situation for which i have already provided document.

            So after discharge and paying all my bill i applied for reimbursement and after some days policy team is asked me for some ppn document which i was not aware of such document, so i rush to hospital and got that document,
            On which it was mentioned that i didn't contacted for cashless facility and i choose eligible room category under policy. But it was not mentioned how much is ppn rate and how much i need to pay by myself, no one told me about it before and after admission.

            While taking admission hospital staff told me expenses can go upto 65k to 75k. And also tpo already told me before this that my limit is 75, 000/- so without thinking too much in emergency situation i paid by my pocket only.

            So now i'm in lot of trouble because of this cheats.

            So i feel like cheated by insurance company.

            As of now i have submitted 72 documents including ppn declaration form with clarification letter stating reason for not availing cashless facility.

            So i request new india assurance company to clear all my reimbursement bill.

            I need to pay my credit card bill which i used for hospital expenses by trusting them,
            I feel like dying because of such financial tress. I shouldn't have been trusted on policy.

            Still waiting for settlement...

              Claim file no 30594{bhopal office} policy cover imt23 and all nom. But surveyor navneet manchanda treat normal policy claim assement, they labour, 1.5 chadar payment only 24000rs, but estimate 107700. They did not see what the cover un the policy he said ki bus yahi milega kyu ki ya normal policy unse baat hui aur mene policy ki pdf, aur ab call pik nahi. Kar raha. Please help me because policy holder roj call kar ka paresan kar raha.

                I, Mukesh Malik wanted to draw the kind attention of yours towards my issue. My concern is about the Mediclaim policy .I am the policy holder of new India assurance co Ltd since 2010. But without my knowledge my policy was changed twice. My Mediclaim policy is under Raksha TPA but without any prior information, my policy was changed to floater My accumulative bonus 30, 000 and 20, 000 was removed from the policy.
                I wanted to draw the kind concern of yours that the cheque issued by me was for The New India Assurance company and not the floater Mediclaim policy .As per the statement of Sampla branch authority that I was duly convinced for the floater Mediclaim policy and issued a cheque for the floater policy is a completely false statement. The main intention of theirs is to earn a good commission from my policy without my due concern. They have denied a consumer his right to information.Recently, I received a letter from Sampla branch against the complaint that the complaint had been resolved and there is no point of complaint which is not true as my complaint is still not resolved . Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible.

                  I was admitted at the hospital due to severe anaemia. My hb was less than 6. So i had to undergo blood transfusion as well. I came to know that i'm 6 weeks pregnant and i lost my baby due to anaemia. Insurance company denied my claim stating i had an abortion at the hospital and since i already have 2 kids my third child is not covered... I don't understand what these people are saying. Which 3rd child are you referring to. I lost my baby and they just want to deny the claim with any stupid reason. Why are we paying for this company every year if they don't support in case of emergency. Is anywhere in the policy mentioned due to 2 kids the mother will not get insurance in any medical condition.

                      I am munindra kumar gupta, employee of l. I. C. Hathras district. I had my right eye catract operation by dr. Prakash in agra. I submitted all the operation related bills and copies at lic office to process my mediclaim.
                      Also, i have sent my claim letter to nic and bima lokpal to address my concerns. Yet i didn't get my mediclaim for my right eye catract operation.

                      Kindly, look into the matter positively and help me to get my mediclaim as soon as possible.

                      I have escalated this issue several times to irdai grievance cell but there is no response from their side yet.

                          My car regn no. Mp09cl9105 got damaged about 2 months ago at jalna, maharashtra and claim was submitted to new india assurance jalna office, giving prior estimate of repairing & all documents were submitted about 1 1/2 months ago. The amount sanctioned is rs 3500 which is very low against the actual cost of rs 6550 approx spend for denting & painting work & bumper replacement. The surveyor who attended is mr nakade who was invited by jalna office for inspection before & after repairs.. This is injustice done by mr nakade while computing the amount spent for repairs as cost of new spares does not seem to be added. However the amount is not yet credited to my account as it is delayed by jalna office. But sanctioned amount of rs 3500 cannot be agreed. Again the surveyor was doing lot of arguments saying that policy has been taken online & it is difficult to process claims for online taken policies..                             With ref. To above subject & policy no., i have whole family mediclaim policy. I have applied mediclaim case to company as my daughter krishna rathwa was admitted in hospital. The new india assurance has rejected the mediclaim case in respect of krishna rathwa mentioning that the case of genetic disorders & stem cell implantation / surgery not covered under this policy as per terms & condition clause no. 4.4.16.

                            Respected sir, it is my worthless for me paying of premium about 20, 000/ per year as this policy which is not covered such treatment.

                            So, it is my kind request to look into further / re-open the case & kindly settle the case at your end at an earliest please.

                            As per Letter received from New India Assurance mentioning that we are in receipt of your claim document No.9091819329126, as per available details the patient ( Krishna Rathwa) was admitted for SEVER ANEMIA, SICKEL CELL ANEMIA SICKLING TEST POSITIVE WITH SUP ADDED INFECTION & CRISES & treated for the same . As per New India Floater Mediclaim policy terms & conditions clause no. 4.4.16, Genetic disorders and stem cell implantation / surgery - the Claim stands non payable.                               I had take an overseas Mediclaim policy for travel to Spain from 10/01/2019 to 10/06/2019. But I had cancelled my trip and hence requested the insurance officer for a refund which was before even the starting date. I had submitted all the documents they asked for.

                              It has been 4 months and still the refund has not been processed. They don't reply to mails and give false excuses for the delay.

                              Please reply to the above matter.

                                to re-enroll a beneficiary with mediassist

                                Dear mediassist,
                                My mother's name from beneficiary list got deleted by mistake from ultimatix (Tcs system).
                                I want to re-add my mother's name now. But i am getting the below message when trying to re add her name.

                                "insurance is to cover risk and subject to continuity of coverage. Once there is a break in coverage, the policy/coverage is ceased permanently.
                                We see that the selected beneficiary was deleted...

                                1. My bike registration No DL5SBX2391 under insurance of New India Insurance company vide Insurance No[protected] dt 29 Dec 2017 has been stolen on 05 Nov 2018 and claim for the same has been submitted to the company through surveyor.

                                2. Till to date, neither the insurance company passed claim nor any information to this effect has been given to the bike owner.

                                  विषय:- रद्द (कैंसिल) की गई, कार पालिसी का पैसा बताये गए समय में वापिस न कीये जाने पर|

                                  श्री मान जी,
                                  निवेदन है के मैं अब्दुल सत्तार पुत्र श्री अब्दुल गफूर गांव एवं डाकघर पखोवाल जिला लुधिआणा का रहने वाला हूँ| मैं भारतीय सेना का जवान हूँ| मैंने अपनी कार का ऑनलाइन पालिसी बाजार डाट कॉम से 04 march 2019 को कार इंस्युरेन्स (The new india assurance co. Ltd. Policy no.[protected] rs 5738) करवाया था| जिस में मेरा कार मालिक और ड्राइवर कवर लेना रह गया था| जिसके बाद मुझे पालिसी बाजार डॉट काम की तरफ से सर्विस कॉल आया के आप ड्राइवर कवर और ओनर कवर लेना भूल गए है|
                                  कया आप ओनर एवं ड्राइवर कवर लेना चाहते हो?
                                  मैंने उनको बताया के हा जी लेना चाहता हूँ|
                                  तो उन्हों ने बोला के आप को पहले फिर से नई पालिसी लेनी पड़ेगी| उसके बाद आप यह पालिसी को कैंसिल (रद्द) करवा सकते हो|
                                  और आपका रद्द (कैंसिल) की गई, पालिसी का रिफंड आने का समय 15 दिन का होता है पर यह 1-2 दिन मैं आपके अकाउंट मैं आ जाएगा और इसका कोई पैसा नहीं कट होगा| जिसके बाद उन्हों ने बोला के मैं आपको साथ साथ आगे का प्रोसेस बताता हूँ और उन्हों ने मुझे एक लिंक सेन्ड किया, और आगे का प्रोसेस बताकर नई (National insurance company ltd policy no.[protected] rs 6, 714.00) पालिसी करवा दी|
                                  3-4 दिन के बाद मैंने पालिसी बाजार के हेल्पलाइन नं [protected] पर बात की तो उन्हों ने मुझे जानकारी दी के आप के लगभग 150 रुपए कट होंगे, और बाकी बचे आप के खाते में वापिस आ जायेगे| और आप 15 दिन तक उडीक करो पैसे आप के खाते मैं आ जायेगे| इसी दुराण मुझे अपनी माता जी को हार्ट समस्या के कारण 10 march 2019 को आर्मी बेस हॉस्पिटल में एडमिट करना पड़ा और मुझे पैसों की ज़रूरत पड़ गई| और मेरे माता जी को हॉस्पिटल से 23march 2019 छुट्टी मिली है| मैंने 19 march 19 को भी हेल्पलाइन पर बात की थी तो उन्होंने मुझे 22 march 19 तक उडीक करने के लिए बोला|
                                  आज फिर 23 march 2019 को फ़ोन करने पर मुझे 28 march 2019 तक उडीक करने के लिए बोला जा रहा है | जिसके कारन मेरी परेशानी भड़ती जा रही है|
                                  मेरा आप जी से निवेदन है के जांच करवाकर मुझे गलत जानकारी देने के लिए और मुझे परेशान कीये जाने पर पालिसी बाजार एवं the new india assurance co. Ltd. पर कारवाई की जाए| इनके पास मेरे साथ हुई पूरी बात की रिकॉर्डिंग है और मेरे पास भी है|
