New Look Laser Clinic — burn marks all across the face on laser treatment

We went for treatment with newlook laser for hair removal and they completely burn the face.
After the incident, we called the staff to ask for the qualification of staff named jyoti so they weren't willing to do that as she is not at all educated and on asking for refund, they denied it as well after burning the complete face. This is the second time this is happening.
