[Resolved] New Look Laser Clinic — non supportive and unprofessional behaviour... edm centre | |||
My self diksha sood one of the vintage client of yours more than 10 years of clientale With clinic. Today due to the non supportive and unprofessional behavior of your edm centre forced me to write a complaint against you. I am taking facial hair removal treatment from edm centre from past more then five years. Specifically i am taking diode laser treatment only. From past one month they are not having that machine and took my treatment from chromolite laser which is useless for me and after one week again my facial hair growth was prominently visible. I approached to my edm center for followup after 12 days they straight away denied that as per the policy they cannot give me followup after 10 days and that too diode laser is not available yet. You have to take treatment on chromo only or whatever machine is available with them, which was useless for me. They said we are helpless niether they arrange any diode sitting /treatment to their nearest centre nor they gave me followup. Straightaway they denied that we are helpless. You need to take a sitting only from choromolite laser only. And even they don't know when will diode machine come as it had gone to korea for refilling for shots. Being a working person it is very difficult for me to out in this condition. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and arrange diode sitting for me either on edm centre or neraby.. Sep 26, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved In your EDM centre DIODE hair removal machine is not working since JUNE and continuesly I hv been told that we are helpless if machine is not working we can't help u out and even they are not able to fix appointment in other centre where DIODE is available...

Today I called the centre the the same reply I recieved "diode machine is not working"
Nobody is bothering...the staff is helpless ...
This is my worst experience in my life
