New Mobile Care India is a mobile insurance company that provides insurance services of mobile phones against damage and theft.
I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy phone along with the New Mobile Care insurance in June 2013. My phone was damaged and was to be given for repair around 19th September 2014. I had to call them multiple times and they finally sent the executive Mr Vimal to collect my phone on 10th October 2014. I was promised that my phone would be repaired in 15 working days. Around 25th October 2014,
I was told that my phone would be delivered by 30th October 2014. Unfortunately that never happened. Since 1st November 2014, I have been calling them up almost everyday but to no avail. Senior executives of the company Mr. Amit Arora ( [protected]) never picks up the phone. Mr. Parvin Goel ( [protected], [protected]) always has his phone switched off.
The only numbers reachable are[protected] and[protected]. Their website www.newmobilecareindia.com does not work any more and there is no way I am able to escalate this issue to the "seniors" in the organisation.
I would request to kindly have my complaint registered against New Mobile Care and help me with my grievance.
