I received the shoes as per subjected order [protected] form newend online shopping, when i received the my consignment it was in bad condition and poor packing, third class product, different on coloured (Blue) was not expected as i ordered while reflecting on their website.

When i received the shoes same time i raise a requested to return and product and refund the money, also sent the mail on on their id "[protected]@newand.com" with picture" as per new end policy for refund/return they must have at least 48 hrs to review the feedback, now 48 hrs have been over today, but i have not received the +ve response form the company representatives.
