Newand.com — Order for a power bank

Received the consignment (reference no. p[protected]) on 28th july 2016 after months waiting since my placement of order, one power bank costing rs.399/- and the carting charges rs.150/-. sorry to say it is a dead item and not working at all. i wrote a complain letter though mail address to "[protected]@newand. com" on 28th july 2016. but i don't receive any answer. it seems they are deliberately silent. i set mail again on 29th july 2016 as a reminder. but again no reply.
