Dear sir,

This is in as above subject my complaint against your delivery of order no./reference no. [protected] on 27th may 2016.

I am totally distressed and feel robbed while using newand.com service since the product delivered was not the one which was ordered.

I had ordered "men's springblade razor running shoes (Green/black color)" and when the product got delivered i found inside the box totally different shoes which were not ordered. This if it done purposefully is really shameful and i ask you to immediately process our return with our money back immediately.

Pls reply us asap...

I have sent you many mails from last 3 days with all proofs and pictures attached but i had no response from your side. As such i am starting to feel i would without further ado go forward to file my complaint in consumer court if any action regarding this is not taken in definite period. You people rob away hard earned money and don't reply indefinitely. I will also tell court how many complains you have online recently, and how you take away money from people and don't refund them as i have seen your many complains without reply online.
