I have booked my car maruti baleno delta petrol on 2nd april, 2017 (Booking no. Sob[protected]. On 25th july, 2017 i got a call & mail regarding availability of the same. At that time my mother was seriously ill & admitted in hospital. I told them that i am not able to take car right now & will take the same on or before 10th august, 2017. I was in need of car due to mother illness problem. Then on 3rd august, i told them that i will take the car tomorrow i. E. On 4th august, but they told me that you have to wait for another 15-20 days as your car is being allotted to another customer. Whether this is the policy of company that you couldn't understand the customer problem & wait for some days? Then i contacted on toll free number. From there i got a reply that this is the matter of dealer only & we can't do anything regarding this matter.
