I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by your workshop regarding the maintenance of my car, bearing registration number TN 11AB 5627.

Despite my repeated requests over the past five months, I have yet to receive the ordered AC grill. Additionally, there is a persistent issue with a noise resembling a mile jerk when the car exceeds 30 km/h. Despite leaving the car at your workshop for the past two days, the problem remains unresolved.

Furthermore, I am deeply concerned about the malfunctioning of the car security system every time it is returned from your workshop. This recurring issue is highly inconvenient and raises questions about the quality of service provided.

I urge you to take immediate action to address these concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution. I expect prompt attention to this matter to ensure the proper functioning and safety of my vehicle in the future.

      I have bought new Baleno car 2-3 months back and ran only 2k km approx, but suddenly one night while coming back from office one of the front tyres got torn, there were nothing hit by the tyre, nor any pointed objects inserted to it. Raised complaint also but no one is listening. Kindly resolve.

        Last month I have purchase new car IGNIS ZITA. But few days later its accident occurs.
        From workshop its damage parts get exchange . But we won't get insurance money back. We have paid 17k rupee at workshop. After 15+ days we don't get insurance money back. They said first you have to pay given amount. Then after some inquiry you will get your payment. But I don't get. Please do help

          We are vist nexa maruthi suzuki showroom with family bangalore, near iskon temple, karnataka
          here the staff was not responding correctly and rude behavior and aruguing and and doing fake promise’s for delivery we are waiting from morning 9:30 am --now the time was 4:00pm
          still the car was not delivery and asking for staff for delivery updates tryst will say some irregular time which they won’t do we are striving from morning without food this was the worst experience i was getting here i was wasted full day and spoiled happy mood of taking delivery
          now you loos costumer from our side we are planning to take a ciaz to my brother now i can suggest him to don’t purchase from this showroom

            My car Baleno is in belgavi at shantesha nexa service center belgavi since 12th May 2023. Veeresh Hoskari quality manager & Altaf Huzefa TSM from bengavi handling it
            After calling repeatedly Veeresh told me that ur car engine is seized and its in warranty period (till 25th may 2026)so it will get replaced. Veersh contacted Altaf Huzefa TSM from belgavi and then he told me that u wait and it will taken to higher authority & will take time
            So i waited till 4th june 2023 after that Veeresh gave me Mr. Altaf Huzefa, TSM begavi phone no and asked me to call him directly for why he is delaying forgiving approval.
            I called Mr.Altaf - he ignored and avoided my calls for
            first few days . and then he called me on wednesday 7th june and told verbally that it isapproved.
            Then next morning i called veeresh for same he told that there is no such letter for approval
            I again called Altaf, he told that from higher authority there is query on 31/10/2022 there was issue concerning SEGAL autoriders PVT. LTD that they changed Therostat and asked you to pay though ur car was in warranty period.
            He gave me Pune TSM Mr. Milind phone no asked me to call him
            I called him he told me that it is not there fault as car after repair car running was 5000km from date of repair 31st oct 2022 to till date
            So again i waited 8 june. Today 9th june Mr. Altaf called me told that u have to pay rs 1 lakh 5 thousand and your approval is rejected so he gave me above SEGAL autoriders PVT. LTD that they changed Therostat and asked you to pay though ur car was in warranty period. so rejected.
            So if they are faulty why i should pay?
            All this system is torturing me a lot.plz look in this matter.

              I Exchanged my Car to True Value - Kataria ahmedabad On Dt[protected] and received Delivery Receipt from True Value but Today i Came to know that someone is using My car on my Name and RC is not transfer yet after completion of 6.5 Month.

              Request you to please Blacklist that car as i have already sell this car to true value.

                I had a booking for maruti fronx delta plus grandeur grey colour with the name of rupal goyal in premsons motors udyog pvt ltd which is located infornt of hotel radisson blu in ranchi..

                I am a resident of ambikapur chhattisgarh i had been called all the way from ambikapur to ranchi that your vehicle is ready you transfer your downpayment and come with DO LETTER of bank we will deliver your vehicle as it is ready when i reached ranchi they denied to deliver me as the vehicle was not available with them they told its transit it will take another 2 to 3 days i had to wait in ranchi.. i strictly want to take legal actions actions premsons motors udyog pvt ltd ranchi and i want monetary compensation as my time and money both are wasted time a hell..

                This is the pathetic experience i have ever had with maruti (nexa) i ever had..i had to travel 400 km from ambikapur to ranchi than again from ranchi to ambikapur due to which my money and time all got wasted due to there false committment contact details [protected] I HAVE EACH AND EVERY CALL RECORDS IN WHICH SALESPERSON RAKESH KUMAR PANDEY COMMITTED AGAIN AND AGAIN THAT I WILL GIVE YOU DELIVERY OF VEHICLE ONCE YOU WILL SEND ME DO LETTER OF BANK AND DOWN PAYMENT RECEIPT...AFTER GETTING ALL THE FORMALITIES DONE HE STARTED SAYING ASK YOUR BANK TO MAIL US THE DO LETTER THAN I HAD GOT IT MAILED FROM BANK THAN HE STARTED SAYING TELL YOUR BANK TO DISBURSE THE LOAN AMOUNT RIGHT AWAY I.E. ON THE DAY OF HOLIDAY OF BUDH PURNIMA, HE INSISTED ME AGAIN N AGAIN THE ONCE UR PAYMENT WILL GET DISBURSED FROM BANK WE WILL GIVE YOU DELIVERY RIGHT AWAY THEN I TOLD HIM TO SHOW ME MY VEHICLE HE TOLD ITS IN YARD DONT WORRY THEN AFTER THAT WITH THE HELP OF LACAL RELITIVES IN RANCHI SOMEHOW I MANAGED TO CONTACT MR. PUNNET PODDAR JI WHO IS MANAGING DIRECTOR OF PREMSONS I WAS ABLE TO KNOW THAT VEHICLE IS STILL IN TRANSIT THEN SALESPERSON RAKESH KUMAR PANDEY TOLD ME THAT SORRY SIR WE ARE SALES PERSONS WE HAVE TO DO ALL THIS NOW WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU...

                  i have meet to dixit & my car services verbal communication & issue in car

                  Rear door treame & ac grill switch, your executive suggested to me a new door trim & new ac grill approx charges 3000 rs but my issue is not proper use of door curtain & plastic .

                  the second last 3 days, I continue to call your company executive in car services but not the proper guide & 5500 service charges scheme is 4500 rs so pl resolve my issue asap.

                    I had booked Grand Vitara vehicle on 24th Feb 2023 in Shruti Motors (Shimoga Branch), they promised me to give delivery within a month & now its been more than 2 months they are not giving any status of delivery. (No Proper response from management)

                    they are keep on saying the stories like below,

                    * Vehicle production has stopped due to engine upgradation & we don't know when it will available.

                    * Office server is down & we don't have access to book vehicle.

                    * We are working on month end business & we are completely occupied for the day; we will get back to you by next week.

                    is it the response we get as a customer service team?

                      Very bad experience i have face with sb moters rajahmundry it was waste of time to me not a good response from service incharge's they don't have an idea how to rectify a issue they do just service of cars tell me on thing are maruthi suzuki fallow has guidelines or just simply do the service because when i reached to service centre and explain my car issues they told that if they have any other same care came for service then they will remove that car parts and install it to my car then they will diagnose it and update me the problem this is what i have received from your expert service incharges from sb moters nexa rajahmundry and they have a very proud that they provide a free service to people not even a respect they give to customer just sitting on the chairs we customer go there place and ask that please check my car and please come once to inspect my car the way they respond to us

                          I purchased a Baleno top Variant from Nexa Vashi, Navi Mumbai in July 2022.8 months down the line the right side tyre has had multiple punctures. I spoke to the TSM NEXA Mr Karthik who ws extremely rude and arrogant.. With complete disregard to the customer.. Why shud I paying fr 1 substandard tyre... All 4 tyres are being driven on the same road ALL TYRES SHOULD HV BEEN AFFECTED NOT JUS 1. M not paying for sumones incompetence. Its a family car and the lives of my family depend on what ure estemeed company is providing.
