Maruti NEXA has lost it
Pathetic Service and Professionalism and the Maruti Suzuki guys have no control over these clueless jockers.
My RM Rohit Chhabra, and the Showroom manager Amal Kumar Paliwal and the customer care ladies siting at the showroom are a group of dishonest unprofessional jockers.
In my case the lady ie customer care executive called me 4 times to tell me that my priority number has come and you may come to make payment to the showroom.then the RM called to state the same facts But when I reached there had to wait for atleast 30 minutes before the RM came and made a sorry face and said that your car has been allocated to someone else. But they were not very good at dramatics as I could make out that they had given my car to someone out of turn... as there would be an increase in the rates wef Jan 2016.
I would advise Maruti Suzuki to mend the ways of selling car as this way they will loose thier creadibility
