I am writing this mail with utmost spite to the beloved nexa. The experience which I had with Nexa is utmost horrendous.
I had booked a car, the Baleno petrol alpha variant from A M Motors, nexa, Calicut, for the day of my wedding. When we enquired about the waiting period, they said they would deliver us with the car on the wedding day. The booking date was on 25/7/2017, and the marriage date was on 16/8/2017. When we booked the car, it was noted on the booking slip that it had a 16 weeks waiting period. When we asked about this she said that do not worry about that and the car will be delivered on time. The sales person we were in contact was Fouzia Syed. She promised that the car will be delivered before the wedding date. But after the initial booking, there was no compliance from the sales representative, she was not even answering our calls. When we went directly to the dealership two weeks before the date, they reassured us that they would deliver the car on time. But three days before the wedding, she called us up and informed that they would not be able to deliver the car as it's not available. We were even ready to pay the full amount during delivery.
This horrendous despicable attitude from the so-named premium brand NEXA is utmost horrible. This inexplicable behaviour from the nexa staff let us high and dry three days before the wedding. In no aspect, is this a pardonable behaviour. This behaviour is unacceptable under any circumstances. Finally, on the wedding day, we had to borrow an unregistered car from one of our friends. This is a shameful incidence for us. The mental agony caused to us because of the inconsiderate nature of the sales rep and NEXA, cannot be fathomed. All this aside they haven’t even bothered to contact us back regarding refund of the booking amount, or any sort of follow-up for that matter. If they won't be able to deliver the vehicle on time, please make stop giving false promises to customers just to fill their monthly quota. Let me remind you that there are other good competitors in the market.
There were all the issues reported on the online and offline forums regarding the nexa products, like the engine blow out issue and service scam from the showroom, we were ready to keep believing the brand. But now this disrespectful attitude towards us, a full amount paying customer, is like this, I shudder to think the eventualities that would follow after taking the car and for its services. We have lost our trust in the brand and would be strongly advising against the brand for anybody who has planned (already did five and made them book cars like Abarth, creta). We are repulsed by the brand. This kind of behaviour should be addressed by other means and doesn’t deserve such nice demeanour, but I am refraining from that.
