i have buyed baleno from maruti two month before last month it got accident and on 10th october i given it to maruti competent showroom.
They given me 15 days time appx. I chased them much as they delayed much frop delivery. On this sunday 1st novembver they sent car for delivery. When i checked there was too much scratch on the door which they replaced and all side having rubbing polish white cream. And i found on piller black tape was also not install look like road side repair not the authorised maruti body shop.
I called to body shop manager. He said please send back and he will do in 7 days. I called next day and he told by the driver got some scratch on front side bumper also and they will do the repair job too.
As today thursday 5th november i still not got my car. I buyed two month before and 1 month with maruti competeent body shop.
Very poor experince. Who will pay me loss for the one month for which i used many taxi for my work even have the car.
