Please change this car with new ciaz car to avoid any legal action as this is only the manufacturing defect of your company not any mistake on my part. My family is very disturb about this act. I do not agree on your decision of repairing the car i want a new car only

This is to inform you that we just bought a new car ciaz aplha model from nexa showroom situated in b-64, industrial area, phase -7, mohali we bought the car on 8th march, 2019 and now when we took the car for normal look over by the company on 26th march, 2019 they said that there is a defect in gear box they kept the car and asked of reparing it in a day or two it is very shamefull for the company that they have such a big defect in a newly manufactured car we didnt buyer the car for this that we have to make it repair in the 3nd week of buying it. The car has just run over a passage of 222km. We informed the showroom on the first day itself of buying the car that there is some noise made by the engine while driving but they told that it is normal as the car is new.
