I bought maruti baleno delta on 30 august 2019 from nexa showroom silchar. After nearly 2 months on 6 november 2019 in evening my car suddenly stopped at middle of the road. When i contacted showroom for d problem they advised me to take d car to there showroom. So i huv to book a another car to drag my car.. After reaching there they said my disk break failed so i can't b at dat time because of late evening. Again i huv to drag my car to my home.. Nxt day when i visited showroom they said my disk break failed due to new driver drive my car. So i huv give 6000 rs. Because i can not be on warranty. Now my question in dat how can disk break fail within 2 months of purchase. All cars r drive by some new drivers. I huv another car which was 10 years old. Till date my disk break didn't fail.. How after purchase of 2 months my disk break fail.. Why i huv give 6000 rs??? I need proper investigation on dis... Was this information helpful? |
