Complaint - I cancelled my booking of Baleno Delta on[protected] which was earlier booked on[protected] with Pratam Motors, Bangalore (Mr Sarat Chand). I had provided cancellation letter along with a cheque which was confirmed by RM that the booking has been cancelled and booking amount of Rs 25000 will be credited back within 7-8 working days, but today(05.1.2016) an amount of 9728/- has been deducted towards emi charges for the auto loan and the dealer is not taking the responsibility of my cancellation and providing some excuses.
