Dear Sir/madam
We have a conversation through mail and I have received a call yesterday from JJ impex jahangir puri G T karnal road and I told them I will visit sunday 8th august..I have visited Service station master in the morning and they attend me and hear my problem carefully .. later they assigned a mechanic and he found the problem with using a laptop. The car was over heating. They have check valve, radiator and said to me that engine overhead will open.The main problem is in engine which they mentioned in Job card (attached file) .My car is in very good condition. And drive only 17137 km. My car still have extended warranty..17000 km run for a brand new engine is very less. I feel cheated and harassed.. I have invested my hard earned money on it. How can a engine get over heated so quickly as car is only 2 years old.
This is a serious issues. How can customer trust on maruti. This is manufacturing defect.
This is not acceptable to me and still I have not received any call from nexa. How can maruti justify this.
