Nexa — Refund of cancellation of nexa baleno

I had booked baleno 40 days back which I have cancelled about 35 days ago.But I haven't yet received the money ie one lakhs rs/- .Your staff is fooling me that it is in process from last month. Plz take strict action against this and refund me my money else I will have to take a legal action against the kothari wheels.Now they are charging 30000/- rs for cancellation which is unacceptable. I demand full refund of amount
