Sir mene July mai ignis car liya tha jiska no BR 11AR8330 hai.mere car ke tyre mai spot aagya jo ki 1000 km chalne ke bad aaya .mai first service mai complaint diya par lockdown ke karan staff ka kmi ka bol ke nhi liya fir 2 bar fir gya par nhi liya gya.finally second service mai maine tyre diya wo v khud se khulwa ke.mere tyre ka warranty mujhe nhi mila..uske bad mujhse 40% tyre ka cost le ke aaj 8/11/20 ko tyre mila.sir new car mai turant problem aane par v 40% bharna pra ye kaisa service h.mujhe bataya gya ki in side cut h sir agar inside cut hota to gari ka tyre mai hawa kaha se hota jab ki maine gadi le ke gya tha aur unke samne tyre khulwaya tha.mujhe 40% paid ka dikkat nhi h mujhe waha ke service se problem h..ye nexa showroom DAMKA GULABBAGH purnia Bihar ka showroom h..yaha ka waiting time v bahut rahta h..yaha customer ko bina bataye satisfaction paper par signature le liya jata h.aaj jab maine check kiya singn karne ke liye to mujhe v signature karne ko bola gya par maine nhi kiya..so aap se nivedan h ki inka service kahi kiya jay..mujhe na hi job card diya gya na hi koi slip..
