I have booked baleno zeta 1.2 car on Dec 19 with Adarsh nexa showroom Hyderabad Kukatpalli with booking number SOB16000167 enquiry number ENQ16000536. We made a color change to silver on next day of booking
While booking from that showroom they promised me to deliver car by march 1st week and requested us when Nexa calls us please say 24 weeks wait time other wise their showroom get penalty 30K rs. Same thing telling to every customer who is visiting that showroom.
March 1st week arrived and now they not sure when car will delivered to us . Ravinder manager to that showroom telling that your company is proving/dumping them only stand colors urban blue and white color cars without understanding their requirement . That's why they are not able to met their promise . Final word they are told me if you want you can cancel the booking they will refund my booking money. This is after 3 months wait time.
I have seen many people in this showroom they get delivered their cars after my booking date .
Few of my friends booked same Baleno car and same time period in other nexa showroom and 2 weeks back their cars was delivered .
Why Nexa booking and delivery has so much inconsistency ?
Why others are getting delivered and my car is not delaying .
With 50 K Rs price variance Baleno has other options like Jazz, Polo and i20 .
If customers are getting similar experience definitely they will look for above models .
I wish I want to cancel my booking .Before that I would like to share my experience with you .
