Nexstgo Avita — Defective product

I had purchased the Avita Pura Ryzen 5 Quad core 3500U laptop(HSN[protected]ANA357523 invoice attached) from Flipkart on 03/11/2020 for Rs 28990/-.

I noticed a few issues with this laptop in November itself, and contacted the Avita Customer Care on 26 Nov 2020 for the first time. You can check this in the attached call history screen shot.

My sole purpose to purchase this product was to use it for online meetings and live sessions. But since the day I purchased it I have been facing the following problems-

1. System heats up and shut down all of a sudden even during meetings and live sessions making me so embarrassed.

2. Fan makes a lot of noise causing disturbance during meetings.

3. Wifi Issue- wifi receiver not functioning properly, unresponsive …..It's difficult to access network in any other room except the one where the router is placed.

The service engineer visited after some days and changed something but after some time it have issues again, we have raised the complain again and he serviced but issue never resolved. He comes and consume our couple of hours but does not solve the main issue.

The same cycle is going on for the last 9 months - I raise complain with Avita customer care, after few days service engineer would come, change something with something “Defective“ and we raise another complain again and again.

Last time he changed the motherboard again with another “Defective” motherboard and we checked and had shown that the network problem is still not resolved. Even though he said to keep the system under observation.

To our surprise, when we tried using the laptop 2 days after he left, we found that the battery isn't getting charged and when we told him he asked us to make a fresh complain with the customer care about the same. We registered the complain again about this and after checking he ordered for a new charger. When we asked upto when the new charger will come he said it will take time.…… infact we are very much sure it is the problem with "Defective Motherboard" as last time and he is just killing time so warranty period get over. Even he try to convince us that this product is a low quality one, it's been made for a specific limited purpose only. Better you should adjust, sit and work in the same room where the router is placed, etc. When we asked him to give this in writing he refused to do so.

We have been following up with Avita Customer Care for the last 9 months (40 calls till now) and it's complete harassment and we are frustrated now. That’s why writing here and asking for resolution ASAP.
