I had purchased the Avita Pura Ryzen 5 Quad core 3500U laptop(HSN[protected]ANA357523 invoice attached) from Flipkart on 03/11/2020 for Rs 28990/-.

I noticed a few issues with this laptop in November itself, and contacted the Avita Customer Care on 26 Nov 2020 for the first time. You can check this in the attached call history screen shot.

My sole purpose to purchase this product was to use it for online meetings...

Bought Avita Pura Ryzen5 in october, 2020. In 8 months, Trackpad had to be changed, screen cover came off, Bluetooth, wi fi, mic and other software issues. Even after motherboard change, my issue wasnt resolved. In fact, further issues came up, received a trial Windows version. Following up with Avita since a week, but not response. Also, they are denying replacement.
