NEXT Electronics — Wrong product received

I have telephonic ordered two products Tummy Reducer(Female) and Mini Coreset(Female) from Planet M(Next Electronics) of size 44 inches i.e. Tummy Reducer(Female) of XL size and Mini Coreset(Female) is of XXL size. The same is mentioned in cover(outside) box order slip. But when I opened the box I found the mismatch in size for both the products. I found both products are of one size less. Details are mentioned below. AWB# :[protected] Order No.: [protected] Order Product of size : 44 inches Product Received: 38 inches I have called them several times but they are responding positively. Even I have mailed them twice but not got any response from them. When called they put me on hold for several minutes and finally I forced to disconnect the call. Please help me by resolving this issue. Thanks.
