[Resolved]  NEXT Electronics — EMI complain

Address:Thane, Maharashtra

This is in regards to the Consumer durable loan.

In the month of Jan I took a Videocon LCD TV from Next Store at Cine Wonder Shopping Mall, Ghodbunder Road, Thane (west) under the EMI scheme from Bajaj Finance. The product cost was 14000 rupees. And the EMI was 1167 rupees. However I also availed two years extended warranty by paying Rs. 810 in Cash for which I was given the bill. My EMI started in March, 2011. The EMI Amount NEXT is charging me is Rs. 1235 instead of Rs. 1167 as I was intimated earlier by Next Store. Then calculating on the basis of Rs. 1235 my Total loan amount comes to Rs. 14810.

This shows they have included Rs. 810 in Loan account which I have already paid in cash. I have already paid 6 installments of Rs. 1235 and remaining two EMIs are left.

I kept on following with their Representative Mr. Kishore (+91 [protected]) for past five months for the rectification of error and he kept assuring me to help me. But however it is painful to say that I dint got any help.

I would request you to look into the matter.
