Nexus Business Solutions — Amount debited but no response

I had bought a chair for 399/-. There was no booking receipt received after that, nor the phone call getting picked up nor emails responded to. Seems like it was a fake site. The Paytm merchant name showed that the real name of the merchant is 'Krishna Fashion'.
