I have order placed wrongly selection item of Earbuds vs 404 with prepaid of Rs.999/- with order No: 6001900 dt:31.08.2025, and it received on 04.09.2025; on the same day using it after some time both ears are suffing from pain due to using earbuds, at the same day I have raised a complaint id No:3979043 and return it on 09.09.2025 after that it again the same product retuened by me through Bluedart courier with AWB No: [protected] and received by them on 27.9.2025, My refund amount of Rs.999/- still pending by company from last 40 days, the company is irresponsbile regarding my refund. Please do the needful and arrange my refund of Rs.999 at the earliest.
