I purchased this product online through their website and received it dead on arrival. I requested for return but they refused and so I sent it for repairs. After receiving it still the product was dead and I raised a complaint and they did not accept for return. After constant follow up they accepted the return but instead of refund they gave me giftcard. Indirectly they are forcing me to buy their product but with this type of bad experience...

I bought the said product on 22nd aug through myntra and it mallfunction after a month. Till now there is no updates on my product's where about. Even the shipment company delhivery is silent.
