Nga Hr — airtel bill : against services auto renewal | |||
I see in my bill which is generated on 4th november, there have been double charges of international roaming pack. I subscribed an international roaming pack of 10 day on 15th oct of inr 2999. It was renew automatically on 25th october. I tried to deactivate the pack on 24th october evening but i was getting an error on my airtel application. Now my bill has 2 entries of the same pack. My concern is that such subscriptions are supposed to be ad-hoc and one time use packs. The airtel is giving different packs like 10 days 30 days. If i need a bigger i can myself choose such offers. If such packs are auto renewed it means company is trying to make benefits on a customers negligence because a customer opt for services in need but there are huge chances that he/she will forget to turn off on conditional period.
