[Resolved]  Ngo — Regarding the issue with bike

I have purchased one scooty pep+ (June 2014) which will be parking at Ground Floor. This building belongs to Narayan Reddy (Plot No. 96, Anna Sandra Palya, 2nd Cross, Sayeed Block, HAL Post, Bangalore). Since 3 weeks I observed some body wantedly removing the screws of the mirrors. One time I went to garage for tightening it. In the very next day they loosed the screws of the same mirror (This time I didn't went to garage) and after few days again they loosed the screws of another mirror. The same thing I have already escalated to Owner but he didn't give any response and he is not interested to take this one as serious also. They are doing it in night time only. This building consists of 100+ portions with 4 floors Construction. I will reside in 3rd Floor. Now that guy is touching screws only and later he can remove tires, tear the seat, scratch the vehicle etc.. I have spoken with ground floor people and they told don't know anything. To whom I have to contact with for giving complaint on this and can you provide any kind of suggestions to resolve it. if I give complaint to police will it resolve or not.
