Nhai Fastag — Fastag nhai not working

I have purchased fastag for my car(Registration no HR07U5698) in Feb 2020 after purchasing I am not Abel to create volet for the same error is showing No valid fasting connected to this vehicle.

I have complained four times on 1033 till date they automatically close my complained without solving my issue

If I ask to discontinue fasting that also they not doing.

From last 5 months my fasting is not working Please do something
