This is to inform you that i ordered nicer dicer after seeing various tv advertisement for rupee approx. 3200.00s, assuming that it will be useful to her in cutting the vegetables. However, after 15days, the center blade broken while i was cutting onion, even though the tv ad claims repeatedly that the blade is german blade and very strong. When i contacted the company customer service, they never replied me properly. After making so many calls, i dropped down my contact no with them but till date neither i received any call nor any response on my query.
This is not the right way to deal with the customer after selling your product. This company has no business ethics, even they are not bothered for their name and brand image. I would request people not to go by the tv ad as it is waste of money for the customer and they even do not bother about customer servicing.
Kindly advise if you have any correct no to raise my voice against thier cheating.
