Nicer Dicer Plus Complaints & Reviews

I ordered the vegetable cutter from nicer dicer plus few days ago and i just got delivery. I see that there are a lot of scratches on the contianer and lid. I need this to be replaced. Some of the parts are either broken or dont look new expected. This is highly unsatisfactory. I am unable to contact them either. Kindly help me with getting this replaced....

This is to inform you that i ordered nicer dicer after seeing various tv advertisement for rupee approx. 3200.00s, assuming that it will be useful to her in cutting the vegetables. However, after 15days, the center blade broken while i was cutting onion, even though the tv ad claims repeatedly that the blade is german blade and very strong. I had ordered nicer dicer plus from telebrands recently.once I received my product after using it I find it completely useless.As seen on TV it is completely different. The blades are not working properly.I feel cheated.I further expect total cash back of the product Inc postage charges because I'm not responsible for it....
