Nidhi Micro Finance — cheating by giving false reasons to provide loans

Dear all,

I got an reference through one of my friend about nidhi micro finance who provides personal loans with better rate of interest and i had discussed with few staffs & checked about the process & understood we need to deposit rs.15000 against insurance policy which will be refunded back with two months of time with deduction of emi's,, after huge discussions with them made payment transferred to their group company techavon solutions pvt ltd
After transferring money i got an courier with two different cards one is discount card & another is cash card which we can use for discount of our purchase & also can load money to cash card & use in atm's

I have made payment on 7th july'2018 & started following with all the staffs who were in follow up with me at time of initiating the process & transferring the payment but later they started avoiding me with giving false commitments & giving phones to difference colleagues,, finally found
Their customer care number[protected] & complained at their ir-responsive actions got a call back by a lady & she assured that loan will be processed before the month end and said they are processing educational loans on priority & personal loans getting delayed
And again keeping regular follow up she started avoiding my phone calls and a new lady started picking phone & said the concern manger is met with an accident until she resume work she will take care of my loan process & still no updates,,

I started chasing them every week & my call gets connected once after several phone calls & there is no proper response from their tem
By around dec'2018 they said wait till month end or my money will get refund into my account

Still there is no proper response from their them,, almost 5-6 phone numbers spoked at the intial stage & no phones getting connected now expect the customer care number ([protected])
