Nielit — Fee money deducted from bank account but application form shows not paid

I had applied for ccc exam (Every month cycle) on 15 april 2017 and submitted the fee as asked on the application form on 17 april 2017. Money was deducted from bank account but application form shows "not paid" status. Help me to get my money back or submission of money. Former as more preferable as now i don't want to get my ccc cerficate from such kind of inappropriate institution.

Sir maine 19 July ko subah 11 bje CCC k liye online form fill kiya..jiske baad online payment bhim upi se kiya...mere a/c se paise deduct ho gye but application status me payment show nhi kr rha hai...bhim upi pe transaction successful bta rha hai...phir bhi mera payment abhi tak nhi huaa.

Please help me sir🙏
