[Resolved]  Nielit — I am complaining for my certificate

I did ccc in year 2018, august
roll number GO[protected]
I am not receiving otp, hence not able to download my certificate since 3 years.
My number has also changed now.
I am totally depressed since years.
I tried to apply again, but not getting option of Allahabad (prayagraj) centre.
The officials are also not responding why Prayagraj centre is not in option. It is insensitive, we girls cannot go to other district.
