Dear Sir,
I faced a problem on 28 Nov 2018 while doing the transaction online through my PAYTM Bank Account, Debit card, the amount had been deducted Rs.590 from my account[protected], transaction ID - S7084499) but there transaction id not submitted, Because my transaction through IMPS/UPI. But NIELIT accepted only NEFT/RTGS.
So i kindly request you please take a look at this issue and solve my problem as soon as possible.

Sir, myself hardesh kumar given examination of ccc course (Direct) in nov 2018 at dps institute at mathura (Up) on 17 nov 2018 after taking special leave from my employer. Mathura is 150 kms from my home and i travelled 300 kms on that day, specially for above exam. Yesterday i saw the result of the same showing (@examination cancelled due to technical / administrative reasons). Sir, what is my fault for administrative/technical reasons. So why my result not showing by nielit. Kindly do something because i am not able to give same exam soon with another ₹ 590+ ₹11 service charges, total = ₹601/- and what nielit do with my old fee paid by me online and if vdo and lekhpal vacancy missed by me due to ccc course not qualified then who will be responsible for the same.

I done a transaction towards fees payment of nielit CCC, though my money got deducted from my account but the transaction was shown unsuccessful, i contacted to my bank and they told me that the merchant i.e. nielit has confirmed that the transaction was successful, so where my money has gone, and if the transaction was successful then why I am not seeing fees confirmation on my application status at nielit.
Please Sir, help me, and help others also, as it is a kind of online scam which nielit is going through.

I want to complaint against NIELIT Inderlok branch New Delhi during CCC exam. The faculty there was unprofessional and rude. First of all they paste the roll no. and details around 9:05 am and exam time was 9:15 am when students asked them for entry they pushed a student so badly when we said we complain against you they said do whatever you want nothing can happen to us. Student pay fee for exam for this unprofessional attitude. Students are already in struggling phase these people just create more probems for them.

Sir,
i was filling registration form for ccc online on 13 apr 18.
While doing payment of rs, 590/- online through my debit card two times it appears that you have not paid the fee. I tried for third time and transaction shows successful.
But my accoount was deducted for three times for rs 590/-.

I lodge a complain with my bank (sbi)but they told that merchant has received all the transaction,
and they closed my complain.

Sr actually i had been registering for nielit o level exam cycle july2018
On 16/11/2017 and at the time of fee submission a msg shown "sorry! Ur txn couldn't be completed" then i had to do the registration for 2 nd time. But the fee had been debited for both the time. I. E. Rs 1000. For which i complained to customer care service they asked me to forward the details of txn to their e mail id. And i did so.
The cc executive had assured me that fee would be refunded within 8
Days. Bt still my fee had not been refunded. Sr plz do something in my favour...

I completed my o level exams on july 2016 and january 2017 respectively and also i arrived on the practical exam on jan 17 and i have cleared all the papers but due to some reasons i could'nt send my project on due date as i am not associated with any prominent registered institue but when i came to know that my e-certificate has not been generated because of the project, i send it to the regarding address as directed by the nielit, but it vain. After some days i again consulted to nielit and they directed me to send an email on regarding issue. On dated 10 september 2017 at 12:32pm i recieved a mail on from that "your certificate will be processed in next batch and it will take about 6-8 weeks time" i was assured that my certificate will be generated within maximum 56 days (8 week time period) as according to the mail. Today is the 57th day and i am still unable to find out my e-certificate.
Sir, please look after on the regarding matter as i missed a lot of opportunities only due to lack of o-level certificate. (My registration no. Is 1032737, name - aparna ojha, date of birth - 03.03.1994)
