This institute does not have any properly running portal! None of the counsellors know how to respond properly - if asked they discuss personal problems with the parents who call! I was contacted by a lady called Kiran - a counsellor..i dont even know her personally...she started discussing how she cannot respond as she has joint family probs. The portal initially didnt even have an option to pay online - every other day batches keep changing - videos keep appearing and disappearing. If we complain or ask whats going on - this lady Renu Khera keeps shouting over the phone! There is a way to speak with customers when you are running business - she keeps threatening to cancel accounts and cancels them even without asking permission of the parent. The technical team does not even answer!! We are clueless about what to do as there is absolutely no response when you ask. Its impossible to speak with her because she shouts and does not even allow the other person to speak. They took money and gave training somehow for a month and now she has not even refunded.
