This is a complaint against the institute Nifa...My daughter joined it around a month back and i paid 2 installment payments for the course. The portal functions do not even run properly! None of the counsellors know how to respond properly - if asked they discuss personal problems with the parents who call! I was contacted by a lady named Kiran - a counsellor..i dont even know her personally...she started discussing how she cannot respond as she has joint family probs!

The portal initially didnt even have an option to pay online - every other day batches keep changing - videos keep appearing and disappearing. If we complain or ask whats going on - this lady Renu Khera keeps shouting over the phone! There is a way to speak with customers when you are running business - she keeps threatening to cancel accounts and cancels them even without asking permission of the parent. The technical team does not even answer!! We are clueless about what to do as there is absolutely no response when you ask.

Who gives you the right to speak like that over the phone? What makes you think others cannot shout? !!!

Its impossible to speak with her because she shouts and does not even allow the other person to speak! She shouts like an illiterate - or rather a goon! She asks us to be patient when all we have been doing is be patient for a month. In fact you are clueless about whats going on as suddenly some features and batches change...and you are not even informed of it. There is no notification - no update...no response from the technical team. I have just been issued a refund. However, I would like to bring to your attention, this attitude. I will take this as a learning experience for future courses i invest in.

sir main nifa main 3 years study kar chuka hoon but fir bhi mera cours uncomplet hai aur na hi mera certificate aaya hai mere pure friends ke aa chuke hai but mera nahi aaya hai aur meri fees bhi puri phale hi jama karali but certificate nahi diya hai phone karo tho khate hai ki aajayega but 1 years ho chuka hai abhi tak nahi aaya hai sir main bhut pareshaan hoon please sir mera certificate nikalvado. nifa se bura koi institiute nahi hai.

Nifa job probite 100% and tack 36000 rs. But 18 month course 2 & 2.5 yaer. And job probite me om telecom in delhi 4000/- rs. And not subjected releted job. I call in nifa institute other new subject releted corese so reponse me no any job for you. I think my money loss this institute.

hello sir mere pass motorola v3i hand set hai. is per pahle to net chala karta tha per abhi 2days se net band hai. kripa iska samadhan kijiye. my mob. no.[protected] hai.
