At the time admission, NIIT counselor said that after compliting the GNIIT program NIIT will provide me 7k to 10k job as training. but i had completed my program last two year ago, still NIIT said that "inform you when openings are available" and this is not only mine problem. all my batchmates and each and every student has same problem. NIIT jawaharnagar, varanasi.. just spoiling all the money as well as time of thousands of students evey year. please do something for that.. NIIT jawaharnagar, varanasi and the director Mr. Amitabh agrawal was just spoiled my whole life for just few money!!!

Dear All, My name is Taranjeet Singh Sandhu Emp code 56061. This is to inform you all that I have been an employee since 21/11/2011 resigned on 24/04/2014 and my last working day was 30/05/2014 since then have done all the formalities, all the forms have been filled to claim PF and EPS correctly and have submitted the documents but since then I have not received any money. Its been A long time I have been trying to contact the HR team but still no joy. Today when I went to the PF office they said that the last working day as per the records is not been correctly updated by the employer. When communicated with the HR team [Ritika] in office, she said that she have no information and also said to wait for further communication. I am still confused as have not received any money from NIIT Technologies. and the HR team has no clue for this. I really dont understand its almost been 5 months and no one in the HR team have any clue that why this has happened. Do I am an ex employee of NIIT technologies, is that the reason why I have been treated in this manner. I took admission in the DDNT3 program at NIIT Institute, Dwarka, New Delhi in the month of july, 2012. Earlier the course took off well, and we were taught around 4-5 modules after which the quality of education lost momentum. the staf[censored]sed to change everyday, and even the new ones brought were extremely bad in teaching as they themselves weren't proficient enough. Even I started disliking the NIIT teaching, and when there came a phase when they had no faculty, I completely gave up. It has been 2 years now, and i still haven't completed the 6-month DDNT3 program for which i had enrolled. I demand a complete refund of my fees, because I have been cheated by your Education Centre. I had paid Rs 3050 for MS Vouchers in March 2013. I didnt get any voucher. My faculty told me that i will get refund for these vouchers. After that i had submitted 3-4 applications at NIIT, Mohali for the refund of my money, called them alot of times but no result. Later, i talked to Mr. Utpal (Senior faculty from Head office) regarding refund for these vouchers in June 2014. He assured me to resolve my problem ASAP. Even after contacting him through his E-mail id mutiple times, i didnt get any positive response from him. Respected Sir, Myself Ankit Singh, I want to join the NIIT for ASP.NET course in hyderabad but the member of that institute doesn't give me full information about the course to start and hang me for one month and i wasted my college class for that reason, Now also after going to attend class in institute they again told that course will start after 2 days .So Now i want to get my money back with any cost and i am frustrated about there behaviour, if my amount will not back to me i will do some legal action(CONSUMER COURT) against this . And who will give my one month expenditure in hyderabad it is around 12, 000 . IS NIIT WILL PAY THIS EXPENSES?. I was calling to them from August only and they not giving any information about the course and always telling to wait i will call you but they never call me back. I talked with KAVITA NAYAK about this she also refuse to say any thing about this matter . She not given me any actual information about the course and called me to there campus and hang me for 2 week without any reason. I need some action to be taken against her and the campus of KUKADPALLY and REFUND my money. She told me to file in the Consumer Court and shouted on me. When i went there for register she told me that course will start from next monday then i pay 5, 000 there and remaining amount i paid on 20th sept then she told course will start from not this monday the next monday and wasted my full time on this. This staff are spoiling the name of NIIT and not providing required detail to the student so that student will decide when to start the course. Respected Sir/Madam, I enrolled into the GNIIT (In 2007) having no prior knowledge about the IT industry. Putting all my trust and faith in the institution, I came into the institution with lots of hope in NIIT, however NIIT didn't live up to their commitments. The institution keeps on calling the individual until money is paid and once the admission and money is paid to the institution they don’t bother to check with the student. When, I was in 4th semester of GNIIT (Software) track after that I have to take PP (professional practice) according to the center but I told them as I am not able take PP from NIIT or from other else institution, because we have our own business in Sadar Bazaar I just said them to downgrade me from GNIIT to ANIIT as I have no time for job . But after requesting so many times my center head refuse to take any action. As you know very well that the fees of ANIIT is less than GNIIT so I also want my money back from them. The Institution is just ready to take money. Money is their utmost goal and go hell with the students after that. This is to inform you sir that we( ranjana gupta, reema gupta, divya gupta) students had enrolled for DLAMP diploma course at NIIT CP CENTRE in janurary... From 11 feb our classes got started and from the starting onwards we are facing the issues regarding the FACULTY ...when we approach kusum mam for our issues she just either delay our classes or come with the faculty who dont have any knowledge of this course... Becasue of this reason we studied every module with atleast 3 faulty each...so we havnt learnt any thing in a proper oder...Due to these reasons we are stuck till today with nothing in our hands...NEITHER the PROPER KNOWLEDGE of the course and neither the PLACMENT... Its been the mid of sept and our two modules are still left which will take around 2 months to be completed if classes will be held on regular basis. she conducted our classes at preet vihar with only 2 classes a week of only a single module from 3.30-5.30 which is simply not the aceptable time...our claases are always conducted from 9-1 slot from the day 1...these 2 day class a week will take how much long time...you yourslef can imagine...Our almost whole year got wasted in this only...we are not able start nythn fresh due to this... when it comes to placemt they just fooled us by their fake promises as the NIIT STUDENT ENROLLMENT PERSON told us that the student will got the placement btwn[protected] and now they have send us only to a single company who is just offering us btwn[protected]... And today is the sceniro that their is no one whom we can talk to as whenever we talk to KUSUM MAM she just come with one thing that" we are working on it"...but never the thing worked out in our favour... Earlier, I have sent some e-mails to NIIT head office as well as NIIT local Pune but no response is received. 3. 15 Aug 2014 was a National Holiday. Still I got a SMS from NIIT that I have not attended class. They are only creating record to just show completion of course and siphon off the fees without any concern for the training of student. 4. Quality of teaching material, teaching methods are poor. 5. Student to faculty ratio is high. 6. No personal attention to students queries and doubts by the centre.

Hi, I work for IBM and I went to NIIT cannaught place, delhi centre on 20th August to take a certification test (DB29 Application developer: 000-733). Monika Arora, who attended me, asked me to deposit the required amount ( 100 USD) for the voucher. Before depositing the amount I asked her to check if my exam was available with them. She checked and confirmed it to me and so I deposited the entire amount. After that I found that my exam was not available on the Pearson Vue website and the wrong information was conveyed to me. Since that day I am continuosly in touch with Monika Arora, Madan Mohan from Gurgaon head office and Kusum Dharr. They are just delaying me since 1 month in one or the other way and neither scheduling my exam nor returning back my amount. I confirmed from Pearson Vue customer care as well that my certification exam had already been expired on 31st April. After regularly calling these people they provided me a solution that whenever any candidate would come for IBM voucher, they would handover my voucher to them and would provide me my money. But in that case I demand my money first and then only I would forward my voucher code to them but they are not agreeing to that. So my concerns are, firstly what if I hand over my voucher whenever they'll call and then they forbade from returning back my money. I would be left with neither my voucher nor my money. Secondly, they are not providing me any exact date as in till what time I should wait for their candidate to arrive because I fear they'll again keep delaying me this way and my voucher will get expired. So, please provide a solution to my request and its been a month already, so I need my money back latest by 20th September 2014. Hi, I enrolled for GNIIM at NIIT preet vihar center, Here at the center faculties are not conducting exams and weekly tests timely. All the time they are give excuses for that because of this we are having a lot of problems we are getting failed in many exams but here no one is listening.The students already complaint about it but situation is still same as before. Here students are forced to give supplementary by the niit even those exams in which students are already passed. My exam should have been scheduled on 23 of august but still it is not scheduled..NIIT want only money (NIIT sucks!)

I joined GNIIT in nungapakam center by 2010 and I finished it by only 2014. Initially der said the course is 1, 27000 but at the end of couser i nearly paid 200000 for that certificate is of no use. Its suppose to be a 3 years course. But all the facalities there keeps on changing and all the talented one went away from the center. The new faculities der are not that talented with the technlogies. And the placements i had few MNC but only there took few people only 7 or 10 out of 300. But i didnt leave i fought & got the GNIIT certificate after I got palced in a MNC all by myself.

My daughter RUPASHI GADIHOKE wanted to enrol for only C & C++ courses at your Dwarka NIIT centre but was advised and persuaded by the receptionist and Meenakshi Maam to go in for PCCV2 program as according to them it would be beneficial for her as she had then planned to do her B tech in IT. It was also promised by them that these four courses would be completed within two months i.e. Jun & Jul – the time available to her before her college began. Accordingly my daughter enrolled for the C, C++, DS & SQL programs at NIIT Dwarka and paid Rs 16854 on 05 Jun 14. My daughter was regular in attending the classes but inspite of that only two courses namely C & SQL could be completed till the first week of Aug and no reason was given by the NIIT Dwarka centre for the delay. In the first week of Aug my daughter had to join college and there is no time available to thereafter undergo the other two courses. When we asked for refund of the fees for the two courses not conducted in the promised time frame we were refused the refund by Meenakshi Maam & Mr Sanjay Sharma who said that Mr Dev Raj (their boss ) had declined the same. In view of the above, it is requested that we should be given the refund for the two courses not attended by my daughter other wise it is clearly a case of fraudulent trade practice to lure customers and give them false promises. If not given the refund which is due to my daughter I intend to pursue the case in Consumer Court and in newspapers which will give negative publicity to your institute. I have been asked in the interviews for my GNIIT certificate for several times. I have gone for several times to my YAMUNA VIHAR NIIT center and queried to the head of the center ALOK JAIN for my certificate but he just ignored me and didn't consider it as important and every time they just tell me to come after someday for my certificate. And it has been happening since last 2 years.

Therefore my humble request to you is to take immediate action as soon as possible against my certificate as I am facing so many problems .

i joined Niit oracle dba months ago...that time they had said that there wil be lectures twice a week and all the modules will be completed within 6 months but after joining the class there has been lecture only once a week, the last 3 lectures were simply wasted as they once the sit was absent(students were not notified & we came to know aftr comming to the class), & 2 weeks for machine room...at this speed i dont think the this course could be completed even within next 10 months Sir is not good, not knowledgeable & doesnot teach any thing other than given in the book he didnot even teach us the basic thing like creating a table or inserting records

Respected Sir I Sahil Bansal student of NIIT Rajouri Garden, DELHI. I joined NIIT for CORE & ADVANCE java, but i am not satisfied with the management system at all . I very well completed my core java but I am facing huge problem in completing my advance java program as I am not able to download my coarse books for this program . I am in contact with my faculty guide for the e-books . But i am not getting any fruitful response from the department .On Daily basis, i am calling to the institute and also i am checking the NIIT cloud course-ware software, but at the end i am not finding anything in my hand. My re-exam date is also approaching but so far i am not able to download my books . For last 25-30 days i have been demanding for my books, even before my first exam but daily i am told that it's still in progress or your request has been forwarded to higher authorities . I am shocked that a such good named institute has such poor higher authorities that they are not focused to their branch issues. I even asked my faculty guide that if i can postpone my date, but again the answer was NO. So in that case i would request the institute and the higher authorities to refund my fee as i am not at all satisfied with the department and the system. Looking forward for favourable response. Cheating & Misguiding. Never Join NIIT, NIIT's fake 99 days 100% placement program Hi, Every One I am Nikesh Neelakantan. This is more of a warning to others than a complaint, because it is no much use complaining about things like this. Well, I graduated from college in year 2008, yes, the time when recession had just hit and I was looking for an IT job. I went to Greater Noida and was staying with my friends to look for a job of software developer. But, there was no luck. Then I began to get worried because 2 or 3 months had passed and I was not doing anything technical and i kind of felt that sitting idle will make my skills weak and I should at least join for a course to keep myself engaged. I searched for a training center near my place and got address of NIIT, Greater Noida. I went there and met the councilor or someone (this is the person who has the ability to talk very well and trap you, I remember her name very well, but i am not saying it because I think she was doing her job). I asked her what the courses they were offering are. She told that there is program called GNIIT Diploma and the fees was Rs. 1, 50, 000. I asked if there is any other course, she said there is a GNIIT Diploma as well, but chances are better if I do it in Java (only latter I realized that one reason for saying that might be they already had enough students for .NET and they needed more people for Java). I asked her if there is any other course available in Java other than this GNIIT Diploma and she said there is not other course in Java, and because I am a graduate I should go for a GNIIT Diploma and this is the only course in which they give placement guarantee. I was so desperate for a job and was not in my smartest wits. I fell for it. I said ok, i will come back with the money. Now comes the next step of strategy to extract your money. Next day was a Saturday, she called me and told the admission date is getting over and the class is already started, so i need to make it fast. Now I have got no time to think and has to act fast and I withdrew money from bank as fast as I can and gave it her. The class started and the class was good actually. I though well, NIIT has got good standards in teaching. But after a week my time was changed from weekends to weekdays. In the time of enrollment I had told her I can come only for weekend classes and she said they have got a weekend batch. But not when I asked her she started talking in a circle and was not talking clearly. I knew she had played with me. Then with the weekday batch came these teachers who actually didn't know much about the technologies and obviously didn't know how to teach. I found myself sitting in class with a dozen of desperate jobseekers trapped just like me. Not even a single person in the class understood anything about java, j2ee, struts, jsp or ejb or tomcat or anything. There was no project. And the course was supposed to get over in 99 days, but after enrolling I found out that they themselves have got no time table or no clear idea about the schedule or exams. Finally after me asking very objective questions they had to decide that it was a 2 year course. I didn't even plan to stay in Greater Noida for that long without a job. And soon I realized that there were other courses in Java as well for 50, 000 rs or 60, 000 rs. But she wanted to sell the most expensive one to me and when latter I went and asked her directly that whether I did or did not ask you if there were other courses available in Java, she said an inaudible 'yes' and I asked her did or did not you say that there were no other courses? and she said 'but this is the best course for you!'. Somehow I went through the depressing NIIT sessions blaming myself every second for wasting money and time. After 2 long year, I finished the course and now was the time for placements. Suddenly somehow they made me realize that what they promised was 100% placement assistance not 100% placement guarantee. What the hell is 100% placement assistance? Some kind of a joke? But anyway they told me addresses and time of some job fairs and all. But it was all BPO and Data entry kind of jobs. I got fed up after a month, by that time I got a job in a computer networking company in Kerala (not through NIIT). I wanted a job in software side but took this job because sitting idle was not helping anyways. I called and asked for my certificates many time, but it hadn't reached from Greater Noida for at least 5 or 6 months. Then after I called to get the certificates. They told the certificate is ready and I must go there personally to collect the certificate. From kerala I went to Greater Noida and got the Rs. 29000 (flat rent and other expenses extra) certificate and the title said "GNIIT Diploma in Java Technology". I was like, ok, i will not say shocked because I had started to understand NIIT, but I was taken aback because I was expecting "GNIIT Diploma in Java Technology" to be written on it. After staring at the certificate for 5 minutes I went and asked the present councilor if there is some mistake because my course was a GNIIT Diploma. She said they never gave any GNIIT Diploma course and it is only a diploma. I came back and with much pain corrected my resume to Diploma in Java Technology. 1. Complete information on courses available was not given. Told me that there is only one course in Java when there were many other less expensive courses available. 2. Placement guarantee is not there. Its just placement assistance. Nothing wrong in that, but you are impressed that it is placement guarantee when you go with an inquiry. 3. Wrong information was given about the duration of the course and the timing of the course. Told that there was a schedule that suited me, but found out latter that was just lie. 4 A diploma course was sold to me saying it was a GNIIT Diploma. 5. Teaching standards are very low. Just showed power point slides and gave vague explanation. Could not clear majority of our doubts. A girl got fed up and stopped coming to the class. Do not join in NIIT. Inquire around and find a place that has got some good teachers. Need not be a big name institute and do Certification courses like SCJP etc. At least there is some values for the certificate.
