NIIT — GNIIT Semester wise Marksheet not received

Hi

I have completed GNIIT from NIIT, DWARKA SEC 6, New Delhi but did not received semester wise Marksheet for the same.
Although I did receive the certificate but not Marksheet.
I have tried follow up over email and phone also but never get positive response.
Here are my details:
