NIIT — issue for certificate

I am the student of south ex branch join niit in 2014 and completed in 2018. I wasted my 3 years just because of niit failure to complete my course. And niit is also failed in placing an interview for internship and now i am doing job from last 1 year and giving my employment proof to niit to avail my certificate instead of giving certificate they give mentor evaluation sheet to bi filled by my company. I request you to please issue my certificate other wise i have to take legal action against you.
