NIIT — Lost my GNIIT certificate

I have complete my GNIIT course in 2006 but somehow i lost my certificate. I have called on the toll free no. And I had been told that i need to mark an email to [protected]@niit.com and i did the same. It's been 15 days i have not got any response. Now whenever I try to call the toll free no. Or any other no. no one picks up.

I need it urgently please help.

I haven't got any response from NIIT. I would request you to please look into this matter and please get it resolved as soon as possible as I have to submit my certificate.
