NIIT — Refund of my admission fee not received

I enrolled for Data Science course and paid my admission fees 11867 rupees. My total course fee was 86k so i applied for loan and the loan didn't get approved. So according to the councillor of niit i shold get entire fee as refund. i proceed with entire procudure the councillor Shalini Guliani told me and waited for 45 days for refund of my money. But it's been 90days my money didn't get refunded. I tried to do multiple mails but they didn't reply me back and the councillor Shalini also no answering my phone, Please help me.
