NIIT — regarding issue the certificate

Dear sir/madam
I myself sachin sinha i have done my ddnt3+sql (.net) course from niit noida sector 18 from july 2011 to february 2012. The centre code is 11388.
The problem is that i hv lost my certificate so kindly i request you to issue a new niit certificate for me as it is important for me to show it during job/interview.
