NIIT — regarding refund

I was enrolled for pgpag course at niit race course indore, i deposited an amount of ₹20000 on 12/03/18 but unfortunately i withdrawal my admission on 13/03/18. I have not attend single day of course informed to center and hedquter by email for refund. Whenever i used to connect they said my request has been forwarded. But it's one month and i have not received a single email of my status. I am disappointed with services and really fed up with niit. I want money must be refunded
