NIIT — Salary not provided after resignation (centre code-11297)

I was appointed as faculty of finance and accounts in NIIT Shalimar Garden Centre, centre code 11297 on 1 September 2014. Despite having completed bound period of 4 months, I was not given appointment letter, always some excuse was offered for delay. Now, on 15th April, I tendered resignation to Noble careers solutions(franchise of niit Shalimar Garden). My salary for month of may 2015 is not yet released. On mail regarding the same, director of NCS is asking me to surrender my email ID, which I can't as it is only proof of my working for NIIT. False type of allegation mail have been sent to me that I was not teaching properly (I have complete record of reporting I did while I worked at NIIT) I was asked to provide 1hr class for 4 days to Nsdc students despite policy notes suggesting 2 hrs class per day for 6 days a week. Now blame for delay is attributed to me. Once again each and every issue was brought to notice of management through email. I was assigned 6 courses and was allowed no time to work on syllabus.
