NIIT — To refund my money

Dear sir,
I'm Sonashree kar from Cuttack odisha, My student id -S[protected]. Sir i was pay The amount of 5000 on 27 August for the course PGPRM and my LOAN disbursement on 14 of September also i was paid my first installment but still my training not getting started yet.And when i was trying to connect counsiller sir he don't take my call.Yesterday he called me after i was complaint against RAHUL SIR and he said me i don't have commonsence why i called in holiday...I think he don't have the manner how to talk with a girl also i don't i want to take the training where this type of ### are working so please initiate my refund amount which i was paid also want to cancel the LOAN.
