[Resolved] Nike — amount deducted from account. order not placed | |||
I placed an order online for two pairs of nike epic react flyknit. Same pair, one in size 4 and one in size 7. My location is gangtok, sikkim, india and i followed all instructions and paid for two items. I immediately received a "transaction failed" message on screen however, i received sms on the phone stating that the amount 19, 990 had been deducted from the bank account. The bank services i was using is axis bank. I haven't received any email or notification regarding this matter and the money deducted hasn't reflected back into my account. I have even tweeted and tried calling your customer service but to no avail. No response on either platforms. Was this information helpful? | |||
